Present: AR of the complainant.


Ld. Counsel for the Accused.

Ld. Counsel for Accused has moved an application for exemption from personal
appearance on behalf of the Accused. Heard. In view of submissions, Accused is exempted from
personal appearance for today only with direction to be positively present on the next date.

An application for substitution of AR accompanied with copy of board resolution is


moved. Original of the resolution has been seen and returned. AR is allowed to be substituted.

Post-summoning evidence affidavit filed. Same is taken on record. Copy supplied.

An application for placing on record additional documents, i.e., the loan agreement,
statement of account and copy of arbitral award has been filed by the complainant. In view of the
relevance of the documents, as well as the stage at which the same are being filed, the said
application is allowed.

Put up for CE on 01.03.2023.
