Summary
The system is particularly beneficial for students, parents, visitors, and other forms of
inquiries lessening the hassle of just asking questions about certain processes, services, and
other information that can be provided in some offices, and it will also help the office
employees by lessening the numbers of person that visits their office just to ask a
frequently asked question. The challenges of repeatedly visiting different offices for
inquiries are well addressed by GABAY. Accessible on different devices due to its
compatibility with various browsers on different supportive platforms. With the
implementation of this system, inquiring and fact-checking become an instantaneous
process, saving a considerable amount of time. The system's feature set includes displaying
a directory map, requirements list, and step-by-step processes, enhancing usability and
efficiency in the overall process and helping parents and new DYCIan students to
familiarise establishments and help them in their DYCIan journey.

Key findings indicate that the majority of users found the application easy to navigate,
responsive, and informative. The design was considered visually appealing, and the app
effectively addressed common student inquiries. However, some users highlighted minor
areas for improvement, particularly in accessibility features and additional content
availability.

Conclusion
Based on the findings, the GABAY web application is generally effective in providing
students with relevant and accessible information. The majority of respondents had a
positive experience, indicating that the app meets expectations in usability, engagement,
and design. The study confirms that the application serves its intended purpose but could
benefit from minor enhancements to further optimize user experience.

Recommendations
To enhance the performance of GABAY, a Web Application Based Information Kiosk for
DYCI, the following recommendations are proposed:

1. Improve Accessibility Features – Enhance support for users with disabilities by


improving screen reader compatibility, adding more alt texts, and ensuring proper contrast
ratios.
2. Expand Content Coverage – Include additional FAQs and relevant information to address
a broader range of student concerns.
3. Optimize Performance – Improve loading times and search functionalities to ensure
seamless navigation across different devices.
4. Enhance Engagement Features – Introduce interactive elements such as chatbots,
feedback options, or personalized recommendations to increase user retention.
5. Regular Updates and Maintenance – Continuously update the application based on user
feedback and technological advancements to maintain its effectiveness and relevance.

These recommendations aim to not only improve the functionality of GABAY but also to
adapt it to the evolving needs and preferences of its users, providing a more
comprehensive and user-friendly experience.
