MALNUTRITION AND MICRONUTRIENTS DEFICIENCIES

At the end of the lesson, the learners are able to:

a. Identify various sources of information related to malnutrition, including


underweight, overweight/obesity, micronutrient deficiencies, and eating
disorders.
b. Determine the potential impact of common nutritional concerns, such as
underweight, overweight/obesity, micronutrient deficiencies, and eating
disorders, on physical health, mental well-being, and overall development.
c. Apply specific preventive measures regarding nutritional concerns.
