1. Why does your business make the world a better place?

- The proponents’ business named, “Supplify”, is a kind of business specifically, a


vending machine, that seeks to aid and satisfy students of Cagayan State University
– Andrews Campus their need for school supplies specifically, in times of
emergency or drastic necessity. Additionally, this business proposal is not just
limited to the university but to all students around the globe where the most
important thing for them to acquire knowledge and learn is to be equipped with
basic school supplies such as pens, paper sheets, art materials, correction tapes, and
other materials; small umbrellas, tissues, and the like. With this, the main purpose
of our business is to ensure that there’s supply availability in time of their necessity.

2. What problems are you solving?

• Proximity

- There are certain circumstances where nearby stores selling school supplies are
located in a far area. Through this business, we can offer a vending machine that
can be easily accessed and visited by the CSUans.

• Time Consuming
- In the case where one’s class will start in five to fifteen minutes of time (example).
This vending shop can easily provide them what they need in that period.

• Long Lines at School Store


- In case where nearby stores can’t accommodate every student in need, the vending
machine would serve as an additional option for them to get what they need in just
a minute or less.

• Emergency Situations
- In the case where an exam is being held and a student forgot to bring his or her pen
(example), the vending machine is always there to offer them the school supplies
they need.

• Availability
- The availability of school supplies is necessary to satisfy all students with their
respective needs. The owners will ensure the regular restocking of the vending
machine to ensure that it is always available for all students.
3. What are your solutions?

• To provide convenience
- The business aims to give the students a quick access for necessary school supplies
especially during school hours.

• To provide variety of school supply products


- The business aims to provide them options where they can just choose which of it
is the thing they need or want to buy.

• To provide instant purchase of supplies


- A vending machine is synonymous or related with the word, “convenience”, as its
main purpose is to aid the students the time to purchase their needs.

• To provide accessibility
- Through this vending machine, the students can easily access the basic school
supplies they need especially, in times of emergency.

• To offer them a cashless transaction


- The vending machine will be installed with an e-card reader to give them the option
of whether pay the product using cash or Gcash, Maya, and other mobile payment
providers partnered with the proponents’ proposed business.
