Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of a ServiceNow Business Analyst in -The European

Commission ? As a ServiceNow Business Analyst you will:

• Gather Requirements: Work with stakeholders to capture and document business


needs, focusing on Hardware Asset Management (HAM).

• Optimize Processes: Collaborate with development teams to improve business


processes and user experience.

• Automate Workflows: Analyze and design automated workflows using Flow Designer to
boost efficiency.

• Enhance HAM: Define and refine asset tracking, lifecycle management, and reporting
processes within ServiceNow.

• Facilitate Communication: Act as a liaison between business and technical teams,


ensuring alignment on project goals.

• Test s Document: Assist in testing and create detailed documentation.

• Present Solutions: Present findings and solutions to stakeholders, including senior


management.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Fluent English (C1 level)

• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in ServiceNow

• Experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or IT asset tracking, focusing on


lifecycle processes, data integrity, and reporting

• Strong communication skills, translating business needs into technical requirements

• Proficient in agile methodologies and tools like JIRA

• Problem-solving abilities; able to work independently and adapt quickly

• Team player, proactive, and service-minded

• Comfortable in multicultural environments

• Punctual, reliable, and able to handle pressure

• Eager to learn and grow continually.
