Mobile Developer Job Description at QuickBite

We are searching for a qualified Mobile Developer to join our IT team at QuickBite, a rapidly
expanding food delivery app situated in Budapest. Designing, creating, and maintaining our iOS
and Android apps will be your responsibility in order to provide a consistent user experience
across platforms. Optimising load speed, resolving technological problems, adding new services
like dual-restaurant ordering, and doing regular testing are among your main responsibilities.
Working collaboratively with other teams, you will make sure that QuickBite continues to lead
the industry by offering a quick, dependable, and easy-to-use software that raises customer
satisfaction.

1. Design User Interface for iOS and Android

- KPI: Screen Resolution Compatibility
Good resolution across various screen dimensions guarantees a consistent and visually appealing user
experience, regardless of the device being used.
- Performance Target: Ensure the app runs smoothly on all devices, with the correct screen resolutions for
different screen sizes and device types.

2. Code Application with Clean and Efficient Code

- KPI: App Load Time
Reducing load time ensures users can transition between screens quickly, which is crucial for customer
satisfaction in a fast-paced environment like food delivery.
- Performance Target: Aim for load times of less than 2 seconds for most screens, and under 20 seconds
overall. The faster the app, the better the user experience.

3. Perform Frequent Testing, Fix Glitches, and Optimize Performance

- KPI: Incident Resolution Time
This metric measures how effectively the team handles technical issues. Faster incident resolution
ensures that users experience minimal disruptions and that operations remain smooth.
- Performance Target: Achieve an average incident resolution time of under 30 minutes for fixing bugs
and technical issues.
4. Task: Implement App Updates and New Features
- Regular updates are essential to keep the app competitive. This includes introducing new functionalities
like dual-restaurant ordering and maintaining the app's unique features, such as no minimum order
requirements.
5. Monitor User Feedback and App Analytics
- Monitor user reviews and app analytics (e.g., app ratings, crash rates) to identify potential areas for
improvement and prioritize bug fixes and feature enhancements based on customer needs.
6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
-Work closely with other teams, such as Product, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure that the
app meets business needs and provides a seamless user experience.
