Price Validity Prices quoted are valid for 3 days from the date of quotation. Prices may vary
based on any depreciation in PKR parity rate with USD.

80% Advance
Payment Terms: 20% After Delivery
No work will be started at the site until the receipt of complete 100% payment

Delivery and Within 7-14 days from date of confirmation of order. Order will be deemed
Installation confirmed after receipt of 80% advance payment.

Payment Mode Cross cheque in favor of V-Energy

Price does not include:

 Out of City system delivery to site
 Net-Metering Charges which will be charged by K-Electric and NEPRA
(i.e. approx.Rs.100,000) will be charged by KE for the change of meter
Scope of Work and approx. Rs.1,000 per kW will be charged by NEPRA as an
application processing fee for the system greater than 25kw
(Not Included)
 Any other points which are not mentioned in the offer
 Booking Reversal Within 3 days: 5% of Advance received will be
deducted.
 After 3 days: 10% of the amount will be deducted from Advance. The
ownership of the System will be considered transferred to the
Customer upon delivery of the System at Customer's site. The sale is
final. V-Energy will not be liable to buy back the System under any
Circumstances.
 The customer shall provide un-interrupted internet access for the solar
system to function. If due to non-connectivity of internet, access to
company’s after sales services results in damage to the solar system,
then such damage shall not be covered under Product Warranty.
 Any electric or civil work including concealing of wires or pipes,
additional breakers or changeovers, etc. will be client’s responsibilities

Force Majeure The universally accepted force majeure clause applies to our proposal

If the building height exceeds 40ft, Rs.35000/= will be charged extra for the
Lightning Arrestor
lightning arrestor as per the KE regulations. (If not added in the quotation)

 Customer acknowledges that getting the required clearance of Licenses from
NEPRA & Distribution Company are customer’s own responsibility. V-ENERGY will
only assist the customer in preparing the required documentation for Net-
Metering with the NEPRA or Distribution Company and V-Energy also charges the
customer separately for these assistance services.
Net-Metering
Other Customer responsibilities for Net Metering include:
 Meter name change (if required)
 Sanction Load Change (if required)
 Any other documents required by KE or NEPRA for the processing of Net
Metering file
 All payments for Bi-Directional Meter, Demand Note Charges to
Distribution Company or NEPRA
Timeline for Net-metering depends on NEPRA’s & Distribution Company’s
approval. V-ENERGY can never be held liable, for any delay or decline of
approvals either from NEPRA or Distribution Company

V-Energy is committed to provide one window solution to its customers. In order

Outsourcing and to do so any contracts or agreements the company makes with other third party
