Wiselex Terms and Conditions

Definitions

“Company”, “Wiselex” or “We” refers to Wiselex Limited, a company duly incorporated in


Gibraltar, the official distributor of Rewarble Gift Cards.

“Rewarble” refers to the online platform managed by Mechhive B.V., through which users can
redeem Rewarble Gift Cards for various rewards.

“Rewarble Gift Card” or “Voucher” means a code issued by SKINE FZCO in Dubai, which holds the
license for issuing vouchers. The Voucher can be redeemed on Rewarble for a balance, which in
turn can be used to obtain goods, services, or a monetary value top-up to a user's e-wallet.

“Customer” or “You” means any person that agrees to buy Rewarble Gift Card in accordance with
these Terms and Conditions proposed by the Company.

Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before buying a Voucher. By
proceeding with a purchase of a Voucher (a Rewarble Gift Card), You agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions, as updated from time to time. If You do not agree to these Terms, You are
not authorized to proceed with a purchase.

Purchase of a Rewarble Gift Card

Wiselex Limited distributes Rewarble Gift Cards by offering placed on Volet.com.

To buy Rewarble Gift Cards the Customer shall select a Voucher available for purchase and fill in
the standard form with the information on the payment source (“Pay from”), amount (“Amount”)
that is a nominal value of a Rewarble Gift Card and an e-mail (“Deliver to”) where the Voucher
will be sent upon the completion of the payment.

The purchase price will be displayed to You before the purchase right on a button “Buy for”. The
amount You see on the button will be withdrawn from the account You have selected as a
payment source.

You can buy Rewarble Gift Card for Yourself or enter an e-mail of any other person.

Upon completion of the payment the Company arranges sending of a Rewarble Gift Card that is
a unique activation code along with a use instruction to the e-mail provided by the Customer.
Rewarble service

The Company is a distributor of Rewarble Gift Cards and does not provide any service as described
on https://rewarble.com/ on its own.

By buying a Voucher You also agree with Rewarble Terms and Conditions that can be found here
- https://rewarble.com/terms-and-conditions. Please read carefuly Rewarble Terms and
Conditions and all applicable Rewarble policies prior to making the purchase. If You do not agree
to Rewarble Terms and Conditions or its policies, You are not to proceed with a purchase of a
Voucher.

The Customer shall review all applicable Gift Cards Owner policies prior to making the purchase.

You may be required to register an account on Rewarble to access certain features of its services
and to redeem bought Rewarble Gift Card.

To avoid any misunderstanding the Customer also agrees to the fees that may be charged by
Rewarble itself in accordance with its terms and conditions. In this case the final Amount may
vary slightly depending on the fees charged by Rewarble when redeeming bought Voucher. The

Customer support and limitation of liability

The Company is a distributor of Rewarble Gift Cards and is not responsible for the Rewarble
Service quality and validity of Vouchers provided by Rewarble.

Wiselex ensures that Rewarble Gift Cards are properly stored at all times.

The Customer acknowledges that the Company has no control over the Rewarble website, does
not monitor this website, and shall not be responsible or liable for any content, products or
services made available on or through the Rewarble website, including security of access to
content or use of it, products or services offered by Rewarble through hyperlinks. The Company
is not responsible for examining or evaluating, and does not warrant, the offerings of Rewarble.

Notwithstanding the above, We strive to make the best impression of Your purchase and using
the services of Rewarble.

You may contact Us to assist You with the purchase and in case of any question arising from the
instructions You have received from the Company by using the following e-mail

The Customer may receive technical and informational support in relation to the Rewarble Gift
Cards on the Rewarble website.

By purchasing Rewarble Gift Cards, the Customer certifies and represents to the Company that
the Customer’s activities associated with the Rewarble Gift Cards will comply with these Terms
and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the gift cards will not be
used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful.

Collection of Customer’s Data

The Company ensures that in the course of promoting and carrying out its obligations under these
Terms, the Customer’s personal data are collected, gathered, procured and handled in a lawful
manner. The Company protects the Customer’s personal data from unauthorized and/or
accidental access, unauthorized processing, deleting, alteration, disclosure or destruction of such
personal data and is responsible to take all and every security measures deemed necessary for
the execution of this obligation.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions
will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a
waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Us in writing.

Force majeure

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing Our obligations under these Terms due
to events beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war,
terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, or failures of public utilities or communication networks.

Disputes, Resolution and Applicable Law

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be referred to by both the Company and the
Customer with a view to resolving the dispute in good faith.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Gibraltar and the parties hereto agree to submit to
the exclusive jurisdiction of Gibraltar courts.

Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Please read them carefully
prior to any new purchase.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the
purchase of Rewarble Gift Cards on Volet.com.
