Dear Parents/Guardians,
Greetings!
As the Academic Session 2023-2024 is winding down, we thank God for His
unwavering presence and for leading us through the challenges and victories of
our educational journey. It has been a rewarding journey and your involvement
has been invaluable in creating a positive learning environment for our
students.

 The Annual Examination commences on 05 February, 2024. I want to


assure you that we are committed to providing a supportive and conducive
atmosphere for your child’s success. Encourage your ward to maintain a
healthy lifestyle and help them to plan their study schedule effectively
during the examination. All should report to school latest by 08.15 a.m.
on the days of Examination.

 It is compulsory for all the students to bring the Green Card daily. No one
may take examinations without Green Card. Those who have not yet
received the Green Card should come tomorrow, 03 February, 2024 and
collect the Green Card. The school office will be open from 08.30 a.m. to
10.30 a.m. The students will not be entertained in the office on the
examination days.

 Result declared at the end of the year is FINAL and cannot be


RECONSIDERED.

 The results will be published on the following dates:

 The books will be made available in Gyan Ganga, Bhagalpur, on dates and

 The Academic Session 2024 - 2025 commences on Wednesday, 13


March, 2024. Attendance is Compulsory on the first day of the New
Session.
 School Timing: Nursery – KG 07.50 a.m. – 12.40. p.m.
Std. I – XII 07.50 a. m. – 02.05 p.m.
Please ensure that the children have sufficient sets of neat and clean uniform for
the new academic session according to the specifications given in the school
diary. The jersey for the students of classes I & VI (Academic Session 2024-
2025) will be available at Dokania Dresses, Variety Chowk, Lohapatti, DN
Singh Road, Bhagalpur from 05 March, 2024.
