There are many collaboration tools used nowadays especially on businesses.
We have Slack, Cisco WebEx, Zoom, Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Asana, Trello,
Harvest, Powwownow, Ryver and many more. The collaboration tools mentioned
above are used by businesses in their workspaces. They are used in sharing business
files and presentation to improve and widen their scope of business. It aids business
persons and even employees to have easier file access and sharing, minimizing times
spent and maximizing work functionality.
According to the website Technology Guide the best networking tools are
Skype, Google+ Hangouts, TeamViewer, Vyew, Google Drive, and Dropbox. These
are used for video conferences, file sharing and group document collaborations. Those
mentioned collaboration tools are used by some people, but in my own perspective I
can see that Zoom, Google Drive, Google Classroom and Google Meet are much
more convenient to be used in these days. These chosen collaboration tools are much
more familiar and easier to use. It allows users to actively participate in classes and
conference with a lot less internet consumption and a lot less storage spaces
consumed.

1. Can you think of other collaborations tools used in the business world today?
I guess it might be ProofHub because it is a task management platform that
provides a broad suite of collaborative and project management features. In this
forum, you can arrange files, schedule and track projects and share them with peers
and stakeholders. ProofHub also lets you review and approve files through an online
proofing tool. Aside that they could use LinkedIn where members-only groups are
very useful for business-IT collaboration. They are also good for selectively inviting
external stakeholders to discussions and information sharing sessions.

In this time of pandemic, we can learn so much as much as we expect. There are a
lot of learning resources that we can work for our workers. When we discover the
conference and the online meeting, we learn a great deal of awareness about the
various platforms to use to deal with company contractions.

2. What collaboration tools do you see as useful to a network administrator?

Network Administrators may use google hangouts to collaborate together for
effective forms of networking. They may use business suits and a microsoft office to
make network diagrams. Other partnerships that they can use are note pads and pocket
trackers. They might even use skype to speak to other network operators to see what
they're doing to protect their networks. They might even use a community email to
see what members on a network think or could be added to it.

The nature of cooperation within organizations, especially between business and

IT, is rapidly evolving in social media. It incorporates the increasing use of older
technology such as wikis, video conferencing, online conferencing, blogs and instant
messaging to allow contact between internal and stakeholders easier, more elaborate
and more substantive. This mechanisms are effective as long as anyone in company
and IT is on board and the knowledge available is up-to-date and reliable.

A collaboration tools is a form of application software that allows you to work
together and share knowledge online with other users. There are many types of
collaboration technology, all with other different feature to help you achieve this.here
are example:Social media, Facebook, printrest, drop box.

2. What collaboration tools do you see as useful to a network administrator?

I like the wiki page because it allows others to edit and share , because is
looking pretty interesting in that it works with smartphone platforms. Redbooth looks
to as it also works with smartphone and allows for video conferencing screen sharing
and group chat in real time.
Here are plenty of tools available that allow us do all type of networks
administration works. Today, we’ll see some handily and the most useful tools
network administrator to debug, understand and configure networks a bit easily. The
goal is to make inventory of essentials to have in toolbox when there is need of
debugging or network configuration.

In today’s generation, technology is a half-life of every human, some
technology use as their business or using it as for an easier transaction to other
business men/women. Collaboration tools are the best example for having a fine
business, human use it as benefits. It has a biggest part of human in today’s
generation, chats, voice call, or video calls can make it through those collaboration
tools.
Business can make it possibly wide successful by use of those collaboration
tools in just one click our future depends how we use it for an instant, as for me
collaboration tools are for everyone specially when their business few started and also
collaboration tools can collaborate people day by day the way how they having it
usefully as their daily life business for the bigger future.

Communication is the most important for today, especially to this pandemic,
face to face and physical contact is prohibited. Communication tools are the one who
can help people into this situation. There are different kind of communication tools
may use, but if I wear a network administrator to choose one of the best collaboration
tools, I must prefer and I will recommend the app of Facebook messenger for the
better version for communication, as it has a better performance.
Facebook messenger provides everything like chat, call, and even video call
can be possible in Facebook messenger, it can help families, friends, or even business
partners to easily access and communicate to each other with the use of this app.
Facebook messenger also created a room for group call or video call which it can be
used for meeting like business or online classes with no limit person to join and it also
help to avoid face to face meet up and physical contact to others while this pandemic
is still spreading to every country.

As today's generation yes! The collaboration tools is useful for the business.
Because, as today's it is important in the modern worlds as we connected around the
globe. Cloud Computing and faster Internet connection has given rise to tools
enabling employees to collaborate with colleagues effectively and producing a more
educated through virtual orientation by using collaboration tools. And also easy to
handling people in different areas.
Therefore the collaboration tool good for the business administrator as I
recommend google meet .Because there are many feature that can produce more
effectively in the business organization.
