I. RATIONALE (Includes legal basis, current situation and issues to be addressed. Not more than 500
words)
A BALL better known as JS Prom, short for Junior-Senior Promenade, is an
important event for students in many countries, especially in the Philippine. It
holds significance for several reasons:

Social Development*: JS Prom provides students with an opportunity to


socialize and interact with their peers in a formal setting. It allows them to
develop social skills, build friendships, and create lasting memories with their
classmates.

2. *Rite of Passage*: A Ball or Prom is often seen as a rite of passage for high
school students. It marks the transition from junior to senior year and
symbolizes the students' journey towards adulthood.

3. *Celebration of Achievements*: A Ball or Prom is a celebratory event that


recognizes the academic and personal achievements of students throughout
the school year. It gives students a chance to unwind and have fun after
months of hard work.

4. *Fashion and Style*: A Ball or Prom is an opportunity for students to dress


up and showcase their sense of style. It allows them to express themselves
through their choice of attire and accessories, promoting creativity and self-
expression.

5. *Memories and Bonding*: A Ball or Prom creates lasting memories for


students as they look back on their high school years. It provides an
opportunity for bonding with friends and classmates, fostering a sense of unity
and camaraderie within the school community.

6. *Experience and Etiquette*: Attending CAIS BALL teaches students


important life skills such as etiquette, formal dining, and proper behavior in
formal settings. It prepares them for future social events and professional
gatherings.
Overall, A Ball or Prom is an important event for students as it not only
provides a platform for social interaction and celebration but also promotes
personal growth, self-expression, and the development of essential life skills.

II. OBJECTIVES (Intended for the Participants. It must be in bullet form)


The objectives for conducting CANAHIS BALL 2025 can vary depending on the
school and the organizers, but here are some common objectives behind
organizing a ball:

1. *Promote Social Interaction*: One of the primary objectives of conducting a Ball


or Prom is to promote social interaction among students. It provides an
opportunity for students to socialize, build relationships, and strengthen their
bonds with classmates.

2. *Celebrate Achievements*: A Ball or Prom serves as a platform to celebrate the


academic and personal achievements of students. It recognizes their hard work
throughout the school year and provides a well-deserved break for them to relax

IV. CONTINGENCY PLAN (In case of emergency)


In case of emergency (fire or earthquake) ball participants, faculty member and
visitors are very well instructed as to where to evacuate. Signage are posted in
every corner of the venue, medical team and Ambulance are stand by within the
premises in case there's a wounded or injured participants.

School ay humihiling na makapagdaos ng CAIS BALL 2025 sa darating na February
14, 2025 araw BIYERNES mula 1:00 ng hapon hanggang 7:00 ng gabi ayon narin sa
guidelines sa inilabas na Division Memorandum No, 233, s.2023.
Sa aming unang pagpupulong, ito po sana ay JS Prom na dapat ay
isasagawa sa buwan ng Pebrero buwan ng mga puso, ngunit sa ilang konsideresyon
at sapat na paghahanda minarapat po namin na gawin nalang ito sa Marso.
Lubos po ang aming pag-asa na ang kahilingang ito ng aming samahan
