1. That the above mentioned case is pending before this Hon’ble Court and is fixed for today.

2. That the accused has sustained severe injuries due to Motor vehichle accident and is unable to
appear before this Hon’ble Court today i.e., on 12/11/24 .

3. That the absence of the accused is neither intentional nor deliberate but due to the abovesaid
reason.

PRAYER

It is, therefore,humbly and respectfully prayed that the accused may be exempted from his personal
appearance for today.
