Anabas Welcome - PeopleHR - User Guide
Anabas Welcome - PeopleHR - User Guide
Welcome to Anabas!
Dear Colleague,
Having access to company policies, procedures, and documentation, as well as being able to access the
data and documentation that the Company holds in relation to your employment is important. PeopleHR
is a HR management information system and provides you with transparency of that information, the
ability to submit holiday requests, expense claims, send thank you badges to your colleagues, and much
more.
The HR team have been busy migrating employee data from IRIS Cascade to PeopleHR. We are
pleased to update that you will be receiving your welcome emails soon and will be able to start exploring
the system.
You will receive an email from [email protected]. If you do not receive this email by the 16th of
October 2023, please check your email junk folder. If you have not received an email at all then please
contact the HR team on [email protected] or via phone at 01325 527696 who will assist.
Explore the system - have a look around, open the various tabs.
Access the “Me” tab and check the information that has been migrated across, including the
documents. Make sure the information we hold is correct, again notifying the HR team if something
isn’t correct.
Add your profile picture – this should be a passport style image of you and is used as a tool to
identify you as an individual. Please note, Snapchat bunny ears , group photos, pictures of your pets,
are not acceptable.
Start reading through the company policies – you may not need them all straight away, but they
are there for your perusal should you have questions about policy and / or process at the Company.
If you are a line manager – check that all your direct reports are showing. Notify the HR team is
someone is missing.
Please note that due to staff from Anabas Welcome being migrated onto PeopleHR, the same system
that is used for Anabas employees, we have had to re-issue employee numbers. Your new employee
number can be found in your profile overview on the system; see the user guide attached on where to
locate this.
There are 2 ways you can access PeopleHR, via your PC/laptop or by using the Mobile App. The App
does not have the full functionality of the PC/laptop version but is a great tool when you are on the
move and want to check the system for information. If you forget your password, you can use the “forgot
password” function – this is available on the PC/laptop version of the system only. The HR team cannot
re-set passwords on your behalf.
Please find attached a user guide for your information and guidance.
Best wishes

Please note – Within the planner you will also see any sickness absence taken and your Bradford
