CBSE GUIDELINES

FOR THE FAIR CONDUCT OF THE EXAMINATION OF CLASS – 10

04/02/2025

Dear Parents and Students,

Greetings from V.S. St. John’s Hr. Sec. School, Gannavarm!

The Board Exams for class - 10 is fast approaching. Pre-board – 2 of class

10 will be over on 06/02/2025. On 6th February after the IT Exam and 7th
February there will be regular classes for all the students to discuss the
question papers of Pre-Board -2 and other final instructions. Remedial
classes for some students will be organised on 10th and 11th Feb., 2025. The
information about the remedial classes will be given to the students
concerned. Parents are requested to make sure that those students
compulsorily attend the remedial classes. Other students can remain at
home and prepare for the Board exams starting from 15/02/2024.

On the day of the exam students should reach the school campus by 8:30
AM and after the final preparation, the school will make arrangements to
transport the students to the examination centre. In case the parents want
to drop or pick up the children from the exam centre, please inform the
Class Teacher about it. On the Board Exam days all the students must
come in Blue School Uniform even on Wednesdays, Saturdays and
Birthdays.

It is mandatory for all the students to carry their Hall ticket / Admit Card
and school Identity card on all the examination days, failing which, they will
not be allowed to enter the Examination Hall. It's advised to take a Xerox
copy of the Hall Ticket / Admit card after the signature of the concerned
persons before it is laminated.
The following are some of the special notes to Parents and students.

The CBSE has framed specific rules under the "Unfair Means Rules,"
detailing the penalties for any violations. Every student must follow
examination ethics. There will be terrible consequences for misconduct and
for spreading rumours or misinformation that could disrupt the exam
process. The Board believes that fair examinations are essential for
preserving the credibility of results and ensuring a level playing field for all
students.

Please find below the provisions of the Act of Unfair means:

CBSE has implemented the CCTV Policy whereby all Examination

Rooms/Halls at each Examination Centre are equipped with CCTV which is
being manned by Assistant Superintendent (CCTV Monitoring) at each
