We are pleased to offer you the position of Project Manager at Takmeel Square (Pvt.) Ltd. We believe your expertise and
skills in project management will contribute greatly to our organization. Below are the terms and conditions of your
employment:

Reporting To CEO

Monthly Salary PKR 375,000

Working Hours Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Salary Breakdown

Category Percentage Amount (PKR)

Basic Salary 60% 225,000

House Allowance 10% 37,500

Utility Allowance 8% 30,000

Conveyance Allowance 10% 37,500

Medical Allowance 10% 37,500

Mobile Allowance 2% 7,500


Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery.


2. Ensure 95% adherence to project timelines and milestones.
3. Maintain project costs within a 5% variance of the approved budget.
4. Submit weekly progress reports with actionable insights and accurate data.
5. Ensure 100% compliance with quality and safety standards.
6. Proactively identify and mitigate 90% of risks before escalation.
7. Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including the CEO/Director Technical, regarding project updates and
challenges.
8. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Timeliness:
o Achieve 95% adherence to project timelines and milestones.
2. Budget Management:
o Maintain project costs within a 5% variance of the approved budget.
3. Compliance:
o Ensure 100% adherence to quality and safety standards across all projects.
4. Risk Mitigation:
o Proactively address and resolve 90% of potential risks before they escalate.
5. Reporting Accuracy:
o Submit weekly progress reports with precise, actionable insights.
6. Stakeholder Feedback:
o Achieve a satisfaction rating of 90% or higher from stakeholders regarding project delivery and
communication.
Additional Terms and Conditions

1. Probation Period:
o The probation period is 3 months.
o Either party may terminate employment with a 30-day notice during the probation period.
2. Holidays:
o 5 days off per month and public holidays as per company policy.
3. General:
o Adherence to company policies and procedures is mandatory.
o Confidentiality of company and organizational information must be maintained at all times.
