Thank you for purchasing ToAuto multi-function display meter system.
Grating digital display system is widely used in milling, grinding, wire
cutting, lathe, EDM and other processing equipment. Before use, please read the
instructions carefully to facilitate correct and safe operation of the product.

* In this manual, important items for preventing accidents and how to use the product
are pointed out. Please read this manual carefully to use this product safely.
* After reading, please keep it in a safe place for easy reference.
* This product complies with CE certifications, and has applied for industry patents,
counterfeiting must be investigated.

Safety Precautions
* When this system is used with a digital sensor, which is not necessarily the same
function and wiring, do not connect with other companies scales to avoid damage.
* When a failure occurs, do not open the digital display system by yourself to avoid
accidents such as electric shock and fire. Please contact customer service
([email protected]) for professional maintenance.
* This system uses AC110V ~ 220V, 50HZ ~ 60HZ AC power. When not in using,
please turn off the power as much as possible.
* To prevent electric shock or fire, do not get wet or splash directly with the cooling
liquid. If you see smoke or strange smell from the digital display, please unplug
the power plug immediately, otherwise it will cause fire. Please contact our
company or dealer, do not try to repair it yourself.

Product inspection and installation
This product has been fully functionally tested before shipping out. In order
to prevent the product from not working properly due to external force during
the product delivery process, please check the following items in detail after
unpacking:
1. Check whether the appearance of the machine is consistent with the ordered model.
2. Check whether the appearance of the machine is in good condition. If there is
damage during transportation, please do not power on.
3. Check whether there are parts or screws falling off or loose in the machine.

When the system enters the main interface, press the key, the parameter
password window pops up, please enter 2008 to enter the parameter
interface. Press and find the parameter interface to be set. Press
and restore system default configuration data. Press and save system
parameters. Press or number key and enter parameter modification. Press
or and exit parameter modification.

2.2.12 Angle Type
Sometimes the machine shakes seriously. When the display position sensor
shakes or the position data flickers, you can set the Anti-shake level to eliminate
the digital jitter. Press to select the parameter area to be modified.
Under , press to select the Anti-shake level.

3. Basic function operation
3.1 Reset
Press or and to reset the coordinates of current position, if you
press the key or and again, you can retrieve the data before reset.

3.3 mm/inch
Press to select mm/inch. At the same time, the coordinate information area
displays the corresponding changes. For example, the metric unit MM is switched
to the inch unit INCH. The operation is as follows:
Press to select the ABS or INC, in order to switch between absolute and
relative coordinate systems, at the same time, the coordinate information area
displays the corresponding changes. You can also press the keys to
switch.
3.6 SDM
Press with 10 times, the user coordinate is cleared. If the absolute coordinate
system data is zero, all SMD data will be cleared.

3.9 Linear compensation function
The function setting is determined according to the system parameter axis. If
the corresponding axis is linear function, a linear setting window will pop up. If it
is non-linear, a non-linear setting window will pop up. If the parameter is setting to
linear compensation function, the operation method is clicking or and ,
then clicking (MM/INCH) to pop-up linear compensation window. The X-axis

nonlinear compensation window. The X-axis nonlinear compensation in the
diagram is as follows: Before setting, if the corresponding axis of the non-linear
compensation does not set the machine zero, you must select the item in the first
column, and then press the corresponding axis or and to set any
absolute zero which you want. Then set the corresponding data according to the
figure. Note: Non-linear compensation is arbitrary zero compensation, it must be
one-way sequential segment compensation.
Press key on the main interface to pop up the corresponding menu options,
Then click to choose to turn this NO or OFF. If turned on, the corresponding mark
ON or OFF. If it is turned on, the corresponding mark will be displayed before the
axis name in the coordinate area. This function is only valid for the X coordinate,

to enter ON or OFF. Note: If the system parameter joint setting is NC,
The digital display system table provides three coordinate systems: absolute
coordinate system (ABS), relative coordinate system (INC), and 200 sets of user
coordinate systems (SDM1 ~ SDM200). 200 sets of user coordinate system can be
used as auxiliary zero position during processing.
ABS is an absolute coordinate system, which is established at the beginning
of machining a work piece and serves as the original reference point for machining
the work piece. The 200 sets of user coordinate systems are defined relative to the
absolute coordinate system. The user can store the working origin coordinates of a
machining part in each of the 200 sets of user coordinate systems.
For example: To process the work piece shown in the figure below, the ABS
origin is set at the center point of the work piece, and the remaining four auxiliary
zero positions are shown in the figure, SDM1, SDM2, SDM3, and SDM4; this may
be set in two ways:

4.1 Zero-in-place
After setting the work piece reference zero position to the zero point of the
ABS coordinate system, directly move the table to the position of each SDM origin
and clear it. During processing, in the SDM coordinate system, you only need to
move the table to the position with the display value of "0.000", and then you can
process.

5. Dedicated
5.1 Circumferential hole
Function: PCD automatic calculation function, which can be used to process
the uniformly distributed holes on the plane arc. When using, just enter the data
corresponding to the corresponding function as shown in the figure below, and then
press Run to enter the operation processing interface.

5.2 Linear hole
The oblique line function has a plane selection in the three-axis display table,
and no plane selection in the two-axis display table. The default is XY plane
processing, when using, just enter the correct data you want for the corresponding
function shown in the figure below, and then press Run to enter the operation
processing interface.

5.3 Smooth Arc
When using a milling machine to process parts, arcs are often processed. Using
the arc calculation function can quickly and easily meet the operator's requirements.
Enter the correct data of the corresponding function as shown in the figure, and
then press Run to enter the operation processing interface.
First clicking F6 to select Smooth Arc, second clicking the , last clicking
key to enter the following figure for work piece processing:

5.4 Simple Arc
When using a milling machine to process parts, arcs are often processed. Using
the arc calculation function can quickly and easily meet the operator's requirements.
Enter the correct data of the corresponding function as shown in the figure, and
then press Run to enter the operation processing interface.

5.5 Bevel machining
In the daily machining process, it is often necessary to machine the hypotenuse
on the work piece. The automatic calculation function of bevel processing greatly
improves the efficiency of processing with extremely simple operation. Enter the
corresponding data of the corresponding function as shown in the figure, and then
press Run to enter the operation processing interface.
First clicking F6 to select Bevel Machining, second clicking the ,last clicking

5.6 Network minute Hole
It is convenient and fast to use the network hole processing function to process
the network holes pattern shown in the figure below. Enter the data corresponding
to the corresponding function, and then press Run to enter the operation processing
interface.

5.7 Inner cavity processing
It is convenient and fast to use the rectangular cavity processing function to
process the rectangular figure shown in the figure below. Enter the corresponding
data of the corresponding function, and then press Run to enter the operation
processing interface.

5.8 EDM
This function is used for the special processing of spark machine (EDM electric
discharge machine). When the target value set by the Z axis of the spark machine is
equal to the current value, the digital display meter outputs a switch signal to control the
stop depth of the spark machine. Input the corresponding function of Correspond to the

7.2 Instructions for use:

7.5 Maintaining
(1). The grating ruler should be kept as clean as possible during the use of the
scale, and the protection against cutting should be done well.
(2). Add a protective cover to the outside of the grating scale as much as possible,
and clean up the chips and oil splashed on the scale in time, and strictly prevent any
dust or splashes from entering the inside of the grating scale shell.
(3). Regularly check whether the mounting and connecting screws are loose,
especially the screws that fix the reading head. Otherwise, the linear axis of the machine
tool may run away or the reference point cannot be returned due to the loosening of the
fixing screw of the reading head.

(4). In order to ensure the reliability of the grating sensor, the grating surface
and the indicating grating surface can be cleaned and wiped with absolute ethanol
at regular intervals to keep the glass grating surface clean.
(5). Violent vibration and beating of the grating ruler are strictly prohibited,
so as not to damage the grating ruler. If the grating ruler is broken, the grating
sensor will lose its effect.
(6). When installing the grating ruler and reading head, pay special attention
to the distance between the reading head and the grating ruler, or the distance
between the reading head and the grating ruler may cause damage to the reading
head or damage to the scale in the housing of the grating ruler, or even scrap the
grating ruler.
(7). Do not disassemble the grating sensor, and do not arbitrarily change the
relative distance between the grating scale and the auxiliary scale. Otherwise, on
the one hand, it may destroy the progress of the grating sensor, and on the other
hand, it may cause the relative friction between the grating scale and the auxiliary
scale, and damage the grating. line, thus causing the grating ruler to be scrapped.
(8). The grating sensor should try to avoid working in an environment with
severe corrosion, so as to avoid corroding the cladding layer and the surface of the
grating scale, and destroying the quality of the grating scale.

A: You would need the effective travel lengths of the scales to match the
effective travel length of the X and Z axis of the machine. If you have enough room
to mount the scales, you can choose the scales a little longer.

(3). Q: Can I cut the scales to fit my mill?
A: We dont suggest you to cut the scales by yourself.
(4). Q: Are the travel dimensions provided actually in the order of X, Y, and Z ?
A: Yes, the length we present in title is travel length .The overall length will be
140mm longer than travel .
