SKILL-BUILDING ACTIVITY Give the five (5) Players in Basketball team and what are the basic activities that needed to improve the skill.
Player Position Description
Ex. Small forward Playing as a short forward needs a versatile set. Ex. Dribbling, passing, etc. Improve ball handling Dribbling Drills with cone drills, crossover moves, and speed dribbling.
Shooting Practice Work on jump shots, free throws,
and three-pointers for accuracy and consistency.
Strength & Conditioning Increase endurance, agility, and
explosiveness with strength training, sprint drills, and plyometrics.
Passing Drills Enhance passing skills with chest
passes, bounce passes, and no-look passes.
Defensive Exercises Improve footwork and reaction time
