3.1 REQUIREMENTS FOR DIESEL GENERATOR
3.1.1 Diesel Generator has been installed as per approved FDED
3.1.2 Diesel Generator is cabled correctly according to approved SLD

3.1.3 Generator connected to grounding system as per approved FDED

3.1.4 Generator Signal / Control Cable is correctly connected to the Generator Controller & to the Controller unit
3.1.5 Check that the Coolant & Lube Oil levels are as per requirements

3.1.6 Demonstrate Continuity between Earth Link and the Generator

3.1.7 Where Commercial Grid is available, open the kWh meter panel Circuit Breaker - CHECK
3.1.8 Open the Circuit Breaker on the Alternator input to the ATS - CHECK
3.1.9 Manually Start the Generator (with the Remote Start / Stop disabled) - CHECK

3.2.1 Verify that Site Folder contains the Electrical Wiring Conformance Documentation. (FDED/As-Built)
3.2.2 Verify all Circuit Breakers are of the correct ratings.
3.2.3 Verify that distribution panel boxes & Site Electrical Works Cabling have been installed as per approved FDED
3.2.4 Verify the distribution panel boxes is connected to grounding system as per diagrams
3.2.5 Verify all Circuit Breakers are of the correct labelled correctly
3.2.6 Verify that indicators on the Surge Protective Device remain Green
3.2.7 Demonstrate Continuity between the Earth Link and the Neutral Link within the distribution panel boxes
