Alert:
"Proper" esports setups and metas will not be available for some months as everyone learns the metas of the game. Most setups that will be here for the time being will be based on time-trial setups, and other safe guesses.
The non-patch setups (such as Las Vegas) should still work fine. Use TTs if there isn't a setup here, stay clear of simracingsetup.
DO NOT USE THE C5 IN A RACE AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU'RE DOING 25% DISTANCE OR 5 LAPPERS

Legend Notes:
FW: front wing Never use anything except LL camber and maximum tire pressures, unless advised.
RW: rear wing Unless specified, soft tires are generally to be avoided on F1 24.

M: medium F1 24 Tyre TempsF1 Setups Spreadsheet (2024-2019)
H: hard
deg: how much the tire loses pace as it wears FAQ
EB: engine braking Wet-Weather Modifications
bb: brake bias Wings: +10 on both if inter, +15 or up to the maximum in the wet.
max: 29.5-26.5psi Differential: In general, lower. This year's differentials work differently compared to 23, and a lower on-diff will result in more understeer, and is less prone to snaps overall. A higher on-diff will do the opposite but provide more traction. Engine braking should potentially be lowered if you are struggling with instability under braking on corner entry.
Brakes: 99 or 98% brake pressure, maybe 1 click less engine braking to aid with stability
Tire pressures stay unchanged.

What ERS modes should I run?

F1 24's ERS modes have changed massively, and you can now control the ERS deployment to its full potential. In qualifying, hotlap mode should last the entire lap without an issue, but using overtake mode mostly out of slow corners/corners leading on to long straights for a short period of time gains you lots of time if done correctly. Overtake mode drains the battery at an extreme rate (Bahrain T2/T10/T13, Canada hairpin, Suzuka hairpin, La Source at Spa, the list goes on.)
Race conditions will result in you mostly using medium/overtake ERS modes, but I'd recommend switching it to none for super slow sections like most of Monaco, S2 of Miami, S3 of Abu Dhabi, just to recharge your battery. Be aware that you'll be extremely slow if you use no ERS at all!

What's up with the wings? Front wing is smaller than rear now?
So, F1 24 has 2 setup options. One involves ridiculous wing gaps with 21-21 rollbars, and the other is the infamous 5-21 rollbar that has made quite the name recently. In order to actually survive on 5-21 rollbars, we cannot run massive winggaps, since it would be a beyblade and not an F1 car with that setup.

All strategies are for 50% race distance. For anything less, soft-medium will suffice. All fuel tests are done in clean air without DRS
All setups are meant for online races but can also be used in career mode. Some tracks will be harder than others. Tracks in bold are notorious for having the AI use very low downforce levels that make them fast on the straights. Using lower wings than on the spreadsheet will come with a significant performance loss, especially on old tires.
Tire pressures are set in a way that tire wear is equal on all 4 tires unless the circuit is front / rear limited. Note that rears go off faster than the fronts, and tire pressures are symmetrical for the front and the rear. Do not try asymmetric tire pressures.

FAQ
Legend Wet-Weather Modifications
FW: front wing Wings: +10 on both if inter, +15 or up to the maximum in the wet.
RRLL: right-right-left-left Differential: +5 on-throttle, 51 or 50 off-throttle. This will assist with traction and braking
BB: brake bias Suspension and camber should be left untouched
S: softs 1% more brake bias to reduce risk of rear locking
M: mediums Minimum rear tire pressures for full wets. Intermediates are to use dry pressures
SM: soft-medium
SH: soft-hard Why are the wings so high? I lose 4 tenths on the straight!
MH: medium-hard On F1 23, DRS and slipstream are significantly more powerful than on 22 or even 2021. This results in you being able to run much, much, more downforce and losing little to no time as overtaking is easier to pull off with the powerful DRS.
HM: hard-medium Tire degradation is also higher on F1 23, with all compounds losing around a full second of lap-time past 22% tire wear. This results in the effectiveness of low wings reducing significantly, as the car is sliding around more with the reduced downforce.
Q: qualifying However, higher wings do result in (obviously) lower straight-line speed and worse ERS recharging opportunities, and could contribute to higher fuel use.
R: race
rh: ride height Tire Pressures
Lower pressures result in more grip and less heat in the tire, thus reducing tire degradation. The lowest pressures are used at tracks with lots of corners and few straights, like Monaco, Singapore, Hungary and Spain. Tracks like Monza and Las Vegas, however, require higher pressures due to their long straights and few corners.
This is all down to personal preference, but if you're planning on using the softs in the race, you should use qualifying tire pressures, as they're made for the soft tire.

FAQ
Why are the wings so unbalanced? I keep spinning out!
Unfortunately, despite F1 22's shocking rear grip, it also had a ton of entry understeer. This requires a car that can rotate very well at each stage of the corner as understeer means slow on the F1 game.

Why are the wings so low? The AI are so much better in the corners.
Higher wings only take effect at high speeds on F1 22, meaning that tracks with long straights and slow corners, like Baku, use very low wings. ERS regen is also much higher with low wings. That said, low wings are a lot harder to drive, for obvious reasons.

Circuits with red fill are circuits where you will be at a straight-line disadvantage to the AI - those with purple are circuits where you will be significantly quicker than AI on the straights, most notably Miami.
