This page show all workable pumps running by PLC after turn
on the switch on control panel if you want to change the screen,
you can change it by tap on the button “MENU” MENU panel will show only 3 button if you didn’t login. There are Main Page, Softener Page and Event List. If you want to control by hand or change time setting, you have to tap the button “LOGIN” first for login into the system. After tap the login button it’ll pop up the login window, you need to insert the username and password by tapping the light blue bar as you can see number ① is USERNAME, number ② is PASSWORD. First step, enter the Username as given on the topic then tap ① “Enter” button it’ll popup a confirmation window for continue this operation, tap ② “YES”. Second step, tap the Password box under the Username box then enter 4 digit as given on the topic and tap Enter button. After finished Enter Username and Password tap ③ “Login” button to login to Admin3. After login, you can see there are 5 buttons to choose. ① TIME SET : For setting working time of the pump system. ② BACKWASH : For day setiing to backwash the filter. ③ MANUAL : For control each device by HMI Interface. ④ BAS STATUS : For show status between PLC and BAS ⑤ ANALOG SCAL : For setting scale Analog value of Temperature & Humidity and Flow Meter There are 2 topic of setting the time. ① Time Setting for Overflow Pump ② Time Setting for Filter Pump In the red square box Ⓐ is time set for turning on the pump by separate to 2 box as you can see, there are Hour box and MIN box. Also there are 2 rows for setting the time to turn on the pump in different time. In the red square box Ⓑ is time set for turning off the pump by separate to 2 box as you can see, there are Hour box and MIN box. Also there are 2 rows for setting the time to turn off the pump in different time. **REMARK** Arrow → in the picture means for each row. It’ll work separate way and end each of their row. Example, Setting first of the row to 8 hour and 0 minute then another one is 12 hour and 0 minute. When the real time clock in PLC reach to 8 o’clock or more than this, the red lamp will turn into green lamp, show the status of the pump that has turn on. Also the real time clock in PLC reach to 12 o’clock or more than this, the green lamp will turn into red lamp, show the status of the pump that has turn off. Switch button number ① is the button for changing Auto Mode to Manual Mode, Normally it’ll set to Off. Whenever you want to control some device by local control, this button must have to turn on first before tapping other button on the screen. After you tap the button number ① the auto system will be cut off instantly also the other devices will turn off from now on you can control the device for checking or test something by tapping the button on the right. All button has a name on it you can check one by one device. When you finish you checking or test, remember this button number ① has to be Off to changing to Auto mode. Swtich button number ② is the button for turn on-off the receiver that control by BAS. This system is for control a program scene of RGB Led Light only on this HMI Interface. Remind yourself everytime this button has to turn off for turn on the receiver from BAS. Number ① show the current day of PLC. Number ② is the tick box for choose the day you want to Backwash the Filter reference by real time clock of PLC in Number ③ is the box to enter the time you want to Backwash the filter. Number ④ is Backwash duration time of Filter, you can enter the value on this box after you insert the value you need to refresh the value to make a timer remember current value you had enter. By tapping the button Number ⑤ to reset the duration time value.
