the letter “B” so that it reads as “Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim

Mindanao”.

INTERPELLATION OF MP AMBOLODTO

MP Ambolodto interpellated if there is no exit agreement if the proposed

resolution implies an amendment to the 1987 constitution, to which MP Mantawil replied

that constraints to the resolution were mentioned, but the exit agreement is a different

story.

MP Ambolodto added a question as to what provisions will be amended or added

to the Constitution, to which the proponent replied that nothing is certain yet, but the

provisions written in the proposed resolution came from the Bangsamoro Transition

Commission which are not included in the Bangsamoro Organic Law.

MP Ambolodto added if it would be fatal to implement in the Comprehensive

Agreement on the Bangsamoro the qualification of the Chief Minister and also the

delineation of powers found in Section 21 of the BOL be changed to reflect the sharing of

powers, to which MP Mantawil answered the first question regarding its fatality, she

mentioned that it is not fatal because it is already implemented in the Bangsamoro

Organic Law, but if there is an opportunity improve and strengthen, the charter change is

the opportunity to include the provisions that are not included.

MANIFESTATION OF SUPPORT OF MP ANTAO

MP Antao stated that only 85% of the Bangsamoro's aspirations have been

approved in the BOL, and through the proposed resolution the opportunity to obtain
