SUMMARY OF ASSESSMENT:
As baseline for assessing timely development a joint SSHEQ Survey conducted. There have been some non-
conformity to standard and non-compliance to regulation cited and were due to lack of awareness on the High-Risk
Activities and Mandatory Requirements on SSHEQ in reference to RA11058 its IRR and the Labor Code and the
DENR-EMB Administrative orders.

ANNEX 2: NARRATIVE PROPOSAL FOR PRODUCTION/QUALITY

Hereby proposed:
a. To monitor Downtime caused by own manpower and parts supplied. (Advantage:
defective parts and of low quality can be contested to supplier and charging of lost time
and unit(s) cost can be charged, discounted or additional units to compensate lost)

b. To introduce Reject and Rework Monitoring as baseline for production KPI on quality
assurance current observed QC Rejection Percentage is at 22%.

c. Introduces pre-delivery visual inspection to Warehouse.
