Dear Parent,

Examinations are a form of learning activity that develop confidence and assist the learners in broadening
knowledge and self-assurance. Please be informed that Pre-Board-I Examination for Grades X & XII will
commence as per the dates mentioned.

• Pre-Board-I will commence w.e.f. Monday, 2nd December 2024.

• Preparatory Leave: Saturday 30th November 2024-Sunday, 1st December 2024.
• Date-sheet for Pre-Board Examination is as follows-

• The syllabus will be uploaded on the school portal on Tuesday, 29th October 2024.
• Kindly go through the same and help your child prepare well for the examination.
• Comprehensive revisions will be taken up by the respective subject teachers.
• Changes in the date sheet will not be entertained under any circumstances.
• Absenteeism will not be allowed.
• Firm action will be taken against learners using unfair means for the Assessments. The learner will not
be awarded any marks for the same and it would adversely impact the LOR.
• School timings for Examination days will be 8.00 am-12.30 pm.
➢ Bus Dispersal: 12.15 pm
➢ Walker dispersal: 12.40 pm
• Dispersal will happen from the respective examination room.
• On the days of assessment, learners should carry a small bag with light tiffin. No learner will be
allowed to visit the cafeteria. No meals will be allowed during the course of examination.
• It will be a regular school day from 8:00 am – 2:30 pm w.e.f. Monday, 16th December 2024 and regular
Class Time- Table will be followed for grade X. Grade XII will have their practical/project assessments
as per the time schedule given below.
• Answer scripts of the exams conducted will be shown on Friday, 20th December 2024.

 • Result for Pre-Board will be published on Thursday 26th December’2024. Learners can view their
progress profiles online on the school portal www.lviscampuscare.org.
• SHARING OF ITEMS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
• SMART WATCHES AND MOBILE PHONES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED DURING
THE EXAMINATION DAYS.
EXAMINATION SCHEDULE
• The question paper will include questions as per the different formats (case-based/ situation based, open
ended- short answer/ long answer type) as in the latest sample papers shared by the CBSE.
• Duration: 3 hours for Main Subjects.
• School timings for Assessment days will be 8.00 am-12.30 pm.

• Project/Practical Assessment carry marks in all subjects. Students will be apprised about the same by the
respective subject teachers.
• Project/Practical Assessment Test will be taken into consideration for marking in Pre board examination.
• Both Theory and Practical are equally important and will be taken into consideration for assessing the
performance of the student.
• One on One Viva Voce will be conducted.
• Project or Practical file to be submitted in hard copy on the day of assessment.
