Freight : Freight up to your site is included in above price. However,
unloading of DG set is not in our scope
Payment Terms : 25% advance along with the order. Balance 75% against
proforma invoice prior to dispatch.
Delivery : Ready stock subject to prior sale. Alternatively, within 2-3
weeks from the date of receipt of confirmed order along with
Advances.
Warranty : Engine and Alternator carry warranty of 60 months or 8000
operational hours from the date of Invoicing, whichever occurs
earlier, against any manufacturing defect provided
manufacturers recommended lube oil, coolant and genuine spare
parts are used. Acoustic Enclosure, Control Panel & Other
Electrical Items carry 2 year Warranty from the date of Invoicing.

Disputes : All disputes are subject to Kolkata High court Jurisdiction.

In case of Order Cancellation after deduction of 10% of Total PO value, balance will be
