Job Purpose: A critical role responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and supporting the organization's
network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of network systems while
supporting our business objectives
Key Internal Stakeholders: Key External Stakeholders:

Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless
networks while ensuring high availability and performance of all network systems
• Monitor network performance, security, and availability using specialized software and tools,
responding promptly to any disruptions or security incidents
• Configure and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network
security devices while implementing security measures to protect against unauthorized access
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and
standard operating procedures to ensure proper knowledge management and compliance

Minimum Qualification Requirements: Related Minimum Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information 3 years of experience in a similar role
Technology, or related field preferably in the FMCG environment.
• 5+ years of experience in network administration
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or
equivalent
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS,
SMTP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP)
• Experience with network hardware configuration (Cisco,
Juniper, or similar enterprise networking equipment)
• Proficiency in network security tools, firewalls, and intrusion
detection/prevention systems
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware,
Hyper-V)
• Knowledge of network monitoring and analysis tools
