SCRIPT FOR TESDA AND SHS JOINT GRADUATION/RECOGNITION

Kathy - The FLORITA SORIANO COLLEGE INC. joint graduation and recognition ceremonies are about to
begin.

- good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Graduation day is always a day of rejoicing for it marks the
conclusion of an educational journey and the commencement of another more uncertain and more
difficult part of man’s quest for a better life and future. Truly, today signifies the culmination of many
months of hardwork in the relentless pursuit of knowledge. Everyone, welcome to the 1 st
Commencement Exercises of FLORITA SORIANO COLLEGE INC.

- At this time, let us all welcome the Senior High School Students of Florita Soriano College Inc.

- With so much cheer, let us laud the FSCI TESDA Scholars as they march towards the venue.

- Followed by the Scholars are the Faculty and Staff of Florita Soriano College Inc., (Ms. Gengelyn Lariosa,
Mr. Ernie John Gil Gabo, Ms. Janet Lanoy, Mr. Renato Draper, Mr. Benedicto Tabiliran, Mr. Johny Gomez,
Mr. Reig Ryan Abdon, Maam Sawiya Bellen and Mr. Karon M. Esmali)

- Let us also welcome the Board of Trustees of Florita Soriano College Inc. (Mr. Al Vincent Flores, Mr.
Roel Francisco, Mr. Jovanie Gomez, Mr. Benjie Corbita and Mr. Rudy Bellen Jr.)

- At this point, may we also welcome our honored guests for todays occasion, (Hon. Zoilo Francisco, Hon.
Eriberto Canama, Hon. Khan Mohammad Esmali, the OIC of the Philippine Army, PO1 Michael James
Montero of the Philippine Coast Guard, Pol. Capt. Jumar C. Nabua OIC of the Siocon Municipal Police
Station, Ms. Araceli C. Tomboc the Public Schools District Supervisor of the Siocon District, Dr. Chona f.
Torrefranca the Campus Director of Jose Rizal Memorial State University – Siocon Campus, Mr. Virgil

Municipal Mayor, Honorable Ceasar C. Soriano.
- Requesting everyone to please remain standing for the invocation to which will be then followed by
the singing of the Philippine National Anthem.
INTRODUCTION

- To our Municipal Mayor, Honorable Ceasar C. Soriano, Sir. Madam Perliza, ma’am. The various
Officers in Charge of the Philippine Army, Police, and Coast Guard, honored guests, board of trustees,
faculty and staff, candidates for graduation, senior high school students, families, ladies and
gentlemen, a pleasant morning.

WELCOME REMARKS
- Success is not final. All we need is courage to continue; and the inspiration to move forward.
- To formally welcome us all, may I call on our School President, Mr. Karon M. Esmali. A round of
applause, please.
- Thank you, sir. For that warm message.

INTERMISSION NUMBER

- At this point, we will all be entertained by Ms. Margieloulyn Gomez, from the CSS Scholars. Let’s
give her a hand, please.
- Thank you so much, Ms. Gomez.

PRESENTATION OF THE CANDIDATES

- And now, may I request Mr. Ernie John Gil Gabo, our processing officer, for the presentation of
the candidates for graduation. This will be followed by the Conferment of Titles to be done by
ENGR. Oscar E. Perey Jr. the Supervising TESD Specialist, Officer In-Charge (TESDA Provincial
Office)

INTRODUCTION OF THE GUEST SPEAKER

- At this moment, may I call on Mr. Reig Ryan Abdon, for the introduction of our guest speaker for
today’s event.

MESSAGE OF THE GUEST SPEAKER

- Thank you, Sir. That was truly inspiring.

AWARDING OF CERTIFICATE OF APPRECIATION TO THE GUEST SPEAKER

- This time around, we would like to take this opportunity to present this certificate of
appreciation and token to our guest of honor. Requesting our school president, Mr. Karon M.
Esmali for the awarding.
- Allow me to read the citation (insert citation from the scratch certificate printed last night)

INSPIRATIONAL MESSAGE

- Ladies and gentlemen, we are now about to hear an inspirational message from one of the great
minds behind all these, let us all welcome our beloved municipal mayor, Honorable Ceasar C.
Soriano. A warm round of applause, please.
- Thank you, Mayor, that was truly moving.

DISTRIBUTION OF CERTIFICATES

- Today marks a milestone in our graduates’ quest for knowledge and skills development. At this
juncture, the graduates will receive their certificates of graduation.
- With this, we invite our mayor, Honorable Ceasar C. Soriano, Engr. Oscar E. Perey Jr to present
the certificates to be assisted by Mr. Karon M. Esmali together with the different trainers of the
different qualifications.

TRAINEE TESTIMONY
- Now, let us all welcome Mr. Icon Jules Descallar, a graduate from the EIM Qualification, for his
testimony. A hand, please.
- Thank you, Mr. Descallar, for your words of inspiration.

SHS RECOGNITION

- We are also gathered here today to pay recognitions to our first batch of senior high school
students who have done very well and have been perseverant in their studies. May we request
once more our Municipal Mayor, Honorable Ceasar C. Soriano to be assisted by our school
president Mr. Karon M. Esmali to give the awards to our outstanding senior high school
students.

SHS TESTIMONY

- Being a student a at Florita Soriano College Inc. has its own pros and cons. And to enlighten us
with that, may I call John Philip L. Balingit, for his testimony. A round of applause, please.

TESDA HYMN

- In every memorable moment of one’s life, there are always songs that will embody inferred
emotions. With a round of applause, let us all welcome the graduates for the singing of the
TESDA HYMN.

CLOSING REMARKS

- And now we have arrived at the end part of our program and to formally close it, let us all lend
our ears to the closing message from our very own school administrator, Maam Sawiya A.
