State .. Vs.. Nandu

The accused is present. The accused is charged with the offence


punishable under section 302, 324 of I.P.C. and section 4/25 of the Indian
Arms Act. The offence punishable under section 302 of I.P.C. is exclusively
trible by the Court of Sessions. The copies of police report and other
documents as specified in section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure
have been supplied to the accused. The case will have been to be
committed to the Hon'ble Court of Session, Akola. Hence, the order.

ORDER

1. The case is committed to the Hon'ble Court of Sessions, Akola.


2. The accused is directed to appear before the Court of Sessions
Akola on 01/10/2022.

3. The record of the case, the documents and muddemal property


which are to be produced in evidence shall be sent to the
Hon'ble Court of Sessions Akola.

4. The public prosecutor shall be notified of the commitment of the


case to the Hon'ble Court of Session.

5. The accused is remanded to Magisterial Custody until conclusion


of trial.
