PRAYER

“Prayer is like an oxygen for the soul.” –Padre Pio

PHILIPPIANS 4:6 means = God Responds > Through Prayer


- “Be not anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your
requests to God.”

3 JOHN 2:1 means = Spirituality > To love others and pray for them
- “Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as
your soul is getting along well.

DIVINE INTENTION – To recognize / identify


When we pray for something but with a harmful reason, we cannot receive it, and that is divine
intention.

ACTS IN PRAYER:
A – ADORATION: Praising God for who he is and what he has done.
C - CONTRITION: Saying sorry for the hurt we’ve caused God and others.
T – THANKSGIVING: Thanking God for all he has done for us.
S – SUPPLICATION: Asking God to grant us what we need.
