Tecno is strong in many point and have to improve some few points,
the job do until today is very good but for raise the brand more than
competitor level, Tecno need to adapt their startegy to local people
mind. That strategy plan is based on my little personal notice and
investigation about customer vision (how customer see the brand and
they think about), i precise that it’s not deeply or complete plan just a
set of idea that can give a new blood to the brand and help to attract
more customer and dominate local market.

The general notice is that Tecno is using the 60/40 marketing


rule and it is working but for do better, Tecno need to
personalize and adapt there method to guinean people reality
and mind.

1- Influencer :
- Engage Tik-Tok and Meta influencers who people trust
and can copy
- Check the influencer’s post and the followers
comments for adapt next posts
- Create challenge with new phone option and gift for
the winner
- Engage ou create infuencer who will compare Tecno
phone specification with competitors phone
- Be a sponsor for some influencers just for show a
brand behin

2- Billboard :
- Personalize with attractive guinean photo
- Put some attract slogan
- Use some national language repport to the strategy and
challenge
- Take smaller billboard at strategic place in town

3- Online content :
- Make a small presentation video in national language
- Make funny testomial content with real users
- Communicate about new phone performance
explaining people the performancies not specifications
- Create Tiktok channel especialy for Tecno Guinea
publish attractive content and push users to joint
- Create Youtube channel espacially for Tecno Guinea

4- Social Marketing :
- Build an human and loving people image
- Show people the support in difficult period with some
social action

5- Classic marketing :
- Be sponsor of most followed show (News for adults
and Rap emissions for younger)
- Be sponsor of most followed TV show
- Be sponsor of most followed Webtv show
- Create a special show with funny testomony in the
town arround to the market

CONCLUSION :
Guinean people have different mind : they just want to show
the sign oh lux even for poor people, this is reason why many
younger buying expensive phone just for bling bling ; the
problem about that is that people think the brand is just for
poor people and sot they prefer to buy expensive to lower
price. This strategy have to goal to change the mind about
Tecno, to show people that Tecno is for everybody rich or
poor and delete the complex who pushing them to other brand.
Tecno international policy have not been considered in this
plan, so if some ideas it’s not conform with don’t forget that is
just a trash for show my analysis ability with the information i
got in the few time, Thank you !!!
