AD Account Setup in Local Machine

User need to setup AD account in local machine as follows below steps.

Account Setup in Local/Windows Machine

Click on Settings, i.e. shown in below picture.

Access Work or School account


Click on Access work or School, and then click on Connect button.
User name
It will prompt for enter the Email Address, I.e. shown in below picture. Click on Join this device to
Active Directory hyper link.

Enter Email Address and click on Next button


Password
It will prompt the Password screen to enter the user password, I.e. shown in below picture. After
enter Password click on Sign In button.

Join Organization
Click on Join Button for joining the organization
Once User Click on Join button, It will show You’re all set! message like shown in below picture.
Then click on Done button.

Once User Login process is completed, then it will show User account in Access work or school
section, i.e. shown in below picture.
Login with AD Account
Logout and click on Other user. Now provide your user id(include domain name)

Setup PIN
If this is the first time setup you will be provided with Setup PIN
You will be prompted micro soft Sign in page.

Additional Security

You will be prompted for setup of Additional security verification. You can select either
phone or Mobile app
After clicking on the setup you will be provided with QR code. Use the Authenticator
App (Download from Play Store OR App Store and Sign in with your Ensar mail) to scan
for adding new account.
After click on Set Up Button

Upon add click on next. Now you will be prompted to approve in your Authenticator App.
Once the verification is completed you will be requested to share your mobile number for
additional security.

Enter PIN
Once the additional security is completed you will prompted to setup the PIN. The PIN
should be 6 characters of length.

Once the PIN setup if completed you will be prompted with All set!
Once User Login process is completed, then it will show User account in Access work or school
section, i.e. shown in below picture.
AD account Login in Local Machine/Windows Machine

Click on Switch User, i.e. shown in below picture.

Select AD account
Enter PIN and hit the Enter button

After sccuessful login, Dashboard screen will appear.


Check User Info
Click on Change Account settings, i.e. shown in below picture.

Check the Email in Your Info screen.


Check the Email and Organization in Access work or school screen.
