DEMERITS OF PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE
It may become so complicated that it obstructs,
restrains, or hinders group discussion or action.
It is not universally known or understood.
It may not be the best technique for securing ideas
and suggestions with regard to the problems
involved.
It does not encourage creativity.
