Speaking about my experience within the organization, I can say that I have never had a
changing and challenging experience like this one! My journey started in February '21, and
since then, I have been seeking every opportunity that allows me to discover something new. It
doesn't matter if I am already a master in what I am applying for; what mattered to me back
then were the learnings I would gain. During that time, I had the chance to facilitate
in meetings, followed by some organizing committee experiences.
Right after that,I appliedto be aTeam Leader.As I had been electedfor that role, the opportunity
to apply for the presidency opened up.With the support I received from my leader,Oussama
Karim,President pf the term 21.22,I decidedto go for it.
The journey I embarkedon as apresidentwas truly unique and the most rewarding part of my
AIESEC experience.As challenging as itwas,ithelpedshape differentaspects of my personality
and allowed me to experience various facets of leadership,especiallyconcerning peopleand the
profound impact our actions can have on our environment.
Even now,I am committed to continuing my journey by exploring other positions, but I
firmlybelieve that the experiences I gainedwithinAIESEC in Beni Mellalwillalways remain
adistinctand remarkable journey.

As I reflect on my time with AIESEC, I'm filled with gratitude for the opportunities
it provided and the growth it ignited within me. From being a member to embracing leadership
responsibilities, every step of the way was a testament to my commitment to personal and pro-
fessional development.

In a world that's constantly evolving, AIESEC was my anchor, providing a space to learn, to lead,
and to leave a lasting impact. It is an experience that will forever hold a special place
in my heart .

Challenging myself to step up for higher roles withinAIESEC was both intimidating and
invigorating. It taught me the power of determination and resilience, enabling me to overcome
obstacles I never thought possible. Each role I took on broadened my horizons, enriched my
experiences, and expanded my capacity to create positive change.

My journey inAIESEC was adoor to know myself better,and in the same time get to know lot of
quality people that will teach me alotaswell.

AIESEC in Beni Mellal was an opportunity of one kind,where I've got to enhance lot of my
qualities and to boost my leadership style.

Not to mention that in Beni Mellal back then,we didn't have lot of grounds where you can in the
same time; network,boost your communication level,and challenge yourself on many levels.
So AIESEC was there to bring this experience close by.

I'm grateful for the people ofAIESEC in Beni Mellal, the moments we spent, the opportunities
they gave me, their trust...
And most importantly,AIESEC in Beni Mellal was just my start forajourney full of success on
many levels,and an experience of one of akind that I will always remember.
