It's time to showcase all the hard work you've put into your final projects this semester.

Here
are the guidelines for your project deliberation:

1. Scheduling Your Presentation

● Contact me ASAP to schedule your group's presentation time. We have limited slots
available:
○ December 11th: 1 group
○ December 12th: 1 group
○ December 13th: 2 groups
● First come, first served! So make sure to contact me with your preferred date.
● Each group has a maximum of 1 hour for their presentation. Use your time wisely to
demonstrate all aspects of your project.
● Presentations and submissions will occur during our regular class time.
2. Project Requirements

Ensure you have the following ready for your presentation:

● Updated ERD Design:

○ Provide an updated Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) that represents the overall
design of your system.
○ Modular ERDs: Break down your system into smaller modules and provide individual
ERDs for each. This helps illustrate how different components interact.
● Completed Web API:
○ Your Web API must be fully functional. We will test it during your presentation.
○ Data Flow: Demonstrate how data flows through your system, simulating the
processes outlined in your ERD.
● Printed Score Sheets:
○ I will provide you with the score sheets. Print one score sheet for each modular group
within your project. This will help me assess each component effectively.
○ Organize the score sheets in a plain folder. This keeps everything neat and makes the
evaluation process smoother.
3. Important Considerations

● Backup Internet: We all know how unreliable internet connectivity can be. Have a
backup plan in place (e.g., mobile hotspot) in case we experience issues in the lab.
● Thorough Testing: Test your system thoroughly before the presentation. Make sure all
components are working as expected.
● Clear Presentation: Your presentation should be clear, concise, and engaging. Explain
your design choices, demonstrate functionality, and be prepared to answer questions.
Groups:

● Campus Information System

● E-commerce Platform
● Social Networking Platform
I'm looking forward to seeing your presentations! This is your chance to shine and show off
your skills in system integration and architecture. Good luck, everyone!

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before the presentations.
