Instructions Auto-SF2

1. Write the names of pupils/students and other important information in the Modified S
2. Click "June" button to access its sheet. And type the dates in the appropriate cells.
3. Hide unused rows so that they will not appear in the final printout. You can unhide th
4. Indicate the day in the appropriate cell before checking the attendance of pupils/stud
5. (IMPORTANT) Type "E" to the appropriate cell to indicate entry of pupil/student durin
6. When checking the attendance, leave the cell BLANK if the pupil/student is present.
7. To work on the form for the succeeding months, you must choose the appropriate tab
