Open Position: Desktop Support Engineers

MAQ Software and our associated group entities are expanding our presence in NOIDA. In addition to our
software work, we are expanding our social impact across many districts of Uttar Pradesh (UP). We are a
group of optimists working to build a strong nation through our business and our social impact initiatives.

We are looking to expand our accounting team to drive various initiatives across three sectors:

 Support our software engineering center in NOIDA in Sector 145 (100% Export Oriented Unit)
 Running 105 computer labs in government aided schools in 21 UP districts for low-income students to
teach Mathematics online. Presently, we provide digital access to over 150,000 students. In 2024, we
plan to serve 250,000 students at 200 schools in ~25 UP districts.
 Set up a super specialty eye hospital to eliminate needless blindness, provide large volume, high
quality, and affordable care.

Our IT software consultancy employs over one thousand computer science engineers in four engineering
centers located in Redmond, Noida, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. US based Inc. magazine has recognized

Job Description:

We're looking for tech-savvy and customer-focused IT Support/Desktop Support Specialists to join our
team!

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for resolving users' technical problems, ensuring our computer
systems and networks run smoothly. You'll provide excellent customer service while keeping our
technology up-to-date and compliance.

For the right candidate, the position offers amazing exposure to the state-of-the-art hardware (Ubiquiti
firewalls, cameras, and wireless access points) and software (Windows 11 Enterprise, Office 365, Azure,
and related development tools.)

Responsibilities:

 Technical Troubleshooting: Be the first line of defense for users with hardware, software, and
network/cloud issues.
 Automation: Utilize PowerShell or other scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve
efficiency.

 Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, security cameras, wireless
networks, and cloud platforms.
 Cloud Support: Work on Microsoft Azure-based services, ensuring smooth integration of cloud
and on-premises systems.
 Network Security: Proactively manage LAN configurations and monitor system/network security,
ensuring compliance with company protocols.
 Documentation: Build and maintain an IT knowledge base with best practices and create user
guides and training materials.
 Incident Management: Identify and document recovery procedures for incidents, ensuring prompt
resolution.
 Shift Flexibility: Work rotational shifts, including overnight shifts, to support our 24/7 global
operations.

Qualifications:

Master’s in Computer Application or BTech in Computer Science Engineering and IT. We prefer candidates
whohave completed industry certification courses in areas such as networking and Office 365.

Experience: Recent engineering graduates with knowledge and experience in Windows 11, Office 365 and
networking support or a related field.

Employment Type: 6-month Internship

Job location: A3, Sector 145, Noida UP 201 301 (Next to Aqua Metro line)

We prefer local candidates that are based in Noida or Greater Noida. Commuting from Delhi or Gurgaon is
not practical in this role.
