Dear Students Pls Note!

1. Academic Rules

• Attend all classes regularly and be punctual.


• As per our university's academic guidelines, a minimum of 75% attendance is
mandatory to be eligible for the Mid-Term and End-Term Examinations. Students
falling short of this requirement may not be permitted to appear for the exams.
• Complete homework and assignments on time. Prepare for exams and tests with
dedication. Do not engage in cheating or plagiarism.
• Be a good learner and enrol yourself in some online course according to your interest
and develop some application-based projects.
• If you are getting academic scholarship, pls maintain 70% in end term examination in
every semester otherwise it may be discontinued.

2. Dress Code

Monday to Thursday: Full University Uniform: Blazer, Full-sleeve shirt with Tie, Trousers,
Black colour leather belt, and well-polished black leather shoes with proper socks.

Friday and Saturday: University T-shirt/half shirt or University hoodie with the University
uniform trouser or plain jeans.

Pls Note:

• Students are prohibited from combining blazers with T-shirt and Jeans.
• During the examination/placement activity/guest lecture you must come in full uniform
without any consideration of week days.
3. Discipline & Behaviour

• Show respect to teachers, staff, and fellow students.


• Follow university rules and regulations.
• Maintain good conduct inside and outside the campus. Avoid using foul language or
engaging in fights.
• Do not use phones and gadgets inside the classroom.
4. Ethics & Responsibility

• Be honest and truthful in all situations. Take responsibility for your actions.
• Avoid bullying, harassment, or discrimination.
5. Safety & Security

• Follow safety guidelines in labs, classrooms, and sports areas.


• Do not bring prohibited items (like weapons, drugs, or alcohol).
• Report any suspicious activity or problems to authorities.
• Drugs and alcohol can negatively affect focus, memory, and academic performance.
Avoid such items to maintain discipline and a good reputation.

6. Digital Etiquette

• Be respectful in comments, messages, and discussions.


• Avoid cyberbullying or trolling others.
• Do not engage in spreading false news or rumors.
• Avoid engaging in illegal activities like hacking or piracy.
• Use social media wisely and for productive purposes.
• Think before you post—once something is online, it stays there.
