How do you portray yourself on social media?


- Don’t share much personal
- Traveling pics
- To update friends on what they are doing
- For fun, not content

- Multiple accounts, one for more ppl one for personal
- Posting for self-enjoyment

Why don’t you post much?

Have you ever deactivated your social media or taken an extended break?
1- Realizing all other hobbies offline, reading , outside, can get jealous of
others , tik tok ban, social media is never that deep
2- Deleted tik tok occasionally , too much screen time, learn how to manage
without it

3- Gets so boring, tired of scrolling, make a busy schedule to avoid phone
usage
4- Realization of spending too much time instead of doing school work

Was there a noticeable difference in how your day played out?


1. feels better to not be attached on the phone, hobbies , stepping back
from social media and eye opening of how much time actually spent

There’s research on the benefits of social media and the harm caused by it.

- There’s benefits for communication and connection, although harmful

- When we were younger, social media wasn’t as graphic and inappropriate

- Comparing looks, desire to be better even though pics might not even be

Everyone has their own life
As long as you are kind and respectful of posting, then see no problem
Kinda wild to see just how much is on social media. Less paper more technology.
