1. Understanding the Business and Market
a. Business Description
- What are all the revenue streams?
- What is the primary IT service you offer to your clients? Or do you
offer an all-in-one service? Please elaborate.
- What is the IT service that has brought in the most revenue to the
company? Why do you think that service is the most acquired?
- Who are your main clients (type of companies, size, industry)? Does
the company have an ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and target profiles
already created and documented?
- Besides the people hired to provide the services to the clients, how
many people are currently working in the company? What are their
roles and responsibilities?
b. Growth Objectives
- What are the key growth objectives for the next 6 months?
- What specific goals do you have for increasing sales in the next 90
days, besides hiring a sales professional to support this?

2. Previous Sales Generation Efforts


a. Strategies and Tactics Used
- Besides of the dialer and cold email outreaches, what other strategies
have you implemented so far to increase sales?
- Have you ever considered partnering with some IT-related companies
(e.g., software development, licensing, etc.)?
- Is the website fully SEO optimized?
b. Results Achieved
- What have been the most significant results from these strategies?
- Which tactics have worked best, and which have not yielded the
expected results?
c. Measurement and Analysis
- How do you currently measure the success of your sales efforts?
- What key metrics do you use to evaluate performance (e.g.,
conversion rate, customer lifetime value, return on investment)?
- What CRM system do you use? If none, please elaborate on what is
the system/tool you use for customer management and KPI
calculation.

(e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools)?
- Are there any technologies or tools you consider essential to
implement to improve sales results?
