Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Engineer to join our
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing,
developing, and maintaining data pipelines and architectures to support our
clients' business needs. Additionally, the candidate will develop courses
and training materials to assist team members, students, and clients in
learning how to use and develop data-driven solutions.

This role requires a strong understanding of data engineering principles,


development best practices, a commitment to delivering high-quality
solutions, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to meet business
requirements.
● Implement and manage ETL processes to ensure efficient data
extraction, transformation, and loading.

● Create and maintain data visualizations and reports using PowerBI to
support business decision-making.
● Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business
stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions
that meet their needs.
● Optimize and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure high
performance and reliability.
● Ensure data quality and integrity across all data processes by
implementing best practices and regular audits.
● Document data processes, configurations, and procedures to
facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain compliance.
● Develop training materials, provide training, create documentation,
and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
● Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership and
guidance when needed.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest data engineering technologies and
trends.

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
● Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a strong portfolio of
successful projects.
● Strong knowledge of data engineering principles, ETL processes, and
data architecture.
● Proficient in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and
Scala.

● Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and
Kafka.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google
Cloud.
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Certification in PowerBI or related technologies is a plus.
