interaction. -The modern world system is structured politically as an interstate system- a system of competing and allying state -The modern world is organized where countries interact with each other. -Naga compete sila for power and resources but also naga form sila ug alliance when it benefits them. -Political Scientist call this the INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM.
