Job responsibilities:
 To handle the shift smoothly and safely & co-ordination with amongst other dept.
 Carry out the start-up, shut down, routine operation with efficiently & effectively. Guide
& lead the operation team at control desk & field.
 Carry out Changeover, Test and trial run of Equipment for ensuring Availability.
 Experienced emergencies like Unit Trip, Blackout.
 Communication by phone different area (seniors, DVC, DRI, Ferro, HSM,TMT,SMS,
Security, Safety, etc.).Communication with Shift person of Mechanical, and E&I also.
 Involved in Protection and interlock rechecking, logic rechecking and improving.
 Proper recording of all operation related activities including Log Books, Check List, Shift
Routines, PTWs and Logic Forcing Register etc.
 Managing PTW system for safe operation.
 Operation of DCS and maintaining the all parameters of Boiler and Turbine including
different emergency operation through DCS.
 Involving in TPM activities to ensure smooth production.
TRAINING

 30 days training from HAL, Koraput ,Odisha.


 30 days major training course on CATIA from CTTC , BBSR Odisha.
 One year Graduate Apprenticeship Training from H.A.L. (SED) Koraput, Odisha in
year 1st Jan 2013 to 31st Dec 2013.
