8/16 Flyer/Poster designs sent to printer 8/20 Contact Res Halls about providing flyers/posters to RAs/Front Desks

Stores on State St. and South University about putting posters up in storefront windows and keeping flyers at registers 8/23 Flyers/Posters arrive in Ann Arbor 8/24 Postering Angell Hall Union Diag Kiosks Deliver designated amounts to RAs/Front Desks accordingly Deliver designated amounts to stores on State St. and South University

8/25 Contact Campus Orgs about helping to promote (this is exactly one week before official move-in) Can they email out to their mass? When is their mass meeting? Can we come speak at it? Hand out flyers? Invite them to come!
