Cast:

1.Liza – Mother of the sick daughter, works at the store

Scene 1: Sa Loob ng Tindahan (Inside the Store)

Liza is busy cleaning and arranging goods in the store. She is wiping the
shelves with a tired expression. Maya, her daughter, is sitting by the counter,
pale and weak, barely able to sit upright. Liza looks over at her with concern,
wiping the sweat off her forehead.

Liza:

(softly, as she continues to clean)

Maya, anong nararamdaman mo?

Maya:

(weakly smiles)

Mama, okay lang po ako. Kailangan lang po ng pahinga…

Liza:

(holding her daughter’s hand)


Sana makakahanap tayo ng paraan. Ang mahal ng mga gamot, pero gagawin
ko ang lahat para gumaling ka.

Ate Lea:

(enters the store, carrying a bag of groceries)

Liza, kumusta na si Maya? Nandiyan ba si Mang Arturo?

Liza:

(looking tired but trying to smile)

Ay, Ate Lea, nag-aaral na kami ng mga bagong gamot. Pero wala pa rin
kaming sapat na pera.

Ate Lea:

(putting a hand on Liza’s shoulder)

Tandaan mo, Liza, hindi ka nag-iisa. Lahat kami nandito para tulungan ka.

Scene 2: Pagdating ni Mang Arturo (Mang Arturo’s Arrival)

Mang Arturo, Liza’s boss, enters the store with a bag of supplies in his hands.
He notices Liza’s tired expression.

Mang Arturo:

(in a concerned tone)

Liza, mukhang pagod na pagod ka. Hindi ba’t ikaw ang nagsasakripisyo para
kay Maya?

Liza:

(sighs)
Oo, Mang Arturo. Mahal ko ang anak ko. Ang daming gastusin para sa mga
gamot niya…

Mang Arturo:

(nodding sympathetically)

Alam ko. Pero may paraan tayo. (pauses, looks at Liza with understanding) I
want to help.

Liza:

(looking surprised)

Mang Arturo, hindi ko po kayang tanggapin…

Mang Arturo:

(interrupting gently)

Hindi ko na kailangan ng kapalit, Liza. Ang anak mo ay isang mabait na bata.


Gagawin ko ang lahat para matulungan kayo. (hands her an envelope)

Liza:

(holding the envelope, her eyes welling up)

Mang Arturo, hindi ko po alam kung paano ko kayo pasasalamatan…

Mang Arturo:

(smiling kindly)

Walang anuman. Ang mahalaga, makuha niyo ang kinakailangang tulong.


Pumunta kayo sa doktor na kausap ko. Sigurado akong may magagawa pa
sila para kay Maya.

Scene 3: Pagdalaw sa Doktor (Visiting the Doctor)


Liza and Maya enter Dr. Solis’s clinic. Dr. Solis looks at Maya’s condition and
speaks to Liza with a reassuring tone.

Dr. Solis:

(checking Maya’s vitals)

Liza, may mga bagong gamot na maaari naming subukan. Ngunit importante
na magpatuloy kayo sa pagpapalakas ng katawan ni Maya. Ang iyong
pagmamahal at sakripisyo ay isang malaking bahagi ng paggaling niya.

Liza:

(with teary eyes)

Sana po magawa pa namin ang lahat para sa kanya. Salamat po sa tulong


ninyo.

Dr. Solis:

(with a comforting smile)

Ang pananampalataya niyo at pagmamahal sa isa’t isa ay isang himala na.


Huwag kayong mawalan ng pag-asa.

Scene 4: Pagtulong ng Pamilya at Kaibigan (Family and Friends Supporting)

The family and friends gather at Liza’s house. Tita Marisa and Tito Ben are
there, as well as Yaya Concha. Ate Lea is praying quietly, and Kuya Andres is
setting up a small altar for prayers.

Tita Marisa:

(hugging Liza)

Hindi ka nag-iisa, Liza. Ang buong pamilya natin ay nandito upang magdasal
para kay Maya.
Tito Ben:

(patting Maya’s hand)

Tandaan mo, Maya, ang bawat laban ay may tagumpay. Huwag kayong
mawalan ng pag-asa.

Yaya Concha:

(sitting by Maya, caressing her hair)

Maya, magtiwala tayo sa Diyos. Siya ang magbibigay ng lakas sa atin.

Ate Lea:

(lifting her head from her prayer)

Ang pananampalataya, pagmamahal, at pagsasama natin bilang pamilya ay


magiging daan sa milagro.

Kuya Andres:

(standing by the altar)

Magdasal tayo ngayon, nang may buong puso. Para kay Maya at sa lahat ng
may mga pinagdadaanan.

Scene 5: Miracle and Recovery (Miracle and Recovery)

Weeks pass. Maya’s health starts to improve. Liza, with the help of her boss,
Mang Arturo, and her supportive family and friends, is able to afford the right
treatments. Maya is sitting up in bed, smiling brighter.

Maya:

(smiling weakly)

Mama, Papa, parang gumagaan na po ang pakiramdam ko…


Liza:

(holding Maya’s hand, smiling with tears)

Maya, salamat sa Diyos. Salamat sa lahat ng tumulong sa atin. Hindi tayo


pinabayaan.

Mang Arturo:

(visits the house with a smile)

Maya, nakita ko ang pagbabago mo. Ang mga panalangin at tulong ng


pamilya ay isang tunay na milagro.

Tita Marisa:

(teary-eyed, hugging Liza)

Liza, magtiwala ka lang. Ang Diyos ay may plano para sa atin, at ngayon,
nandito tayo.

Tito Ben:

(smiling at Maya)

Maya, wala nang higit pa sa pagmamahal ng pamilya at pananampalataya sa


Diyos.

Scene 6: Pagtatapos ng Kuwento (Ending Scene)

The family and friends gather for a small celebration. Liza and Maya are
surrounded by their loved ones, smiling and thankful for the miracle that has
happened. They share a moment of joy and laughter.

Liza:

(raising a glass)

Sa pamilya, sa tulong ng mga kaibigan, at sa pananampalataya. Salamat,


Panginoon, at salamat sa bawat isa sa inyo.
Ate Lea:

(smiling)

Sa mga pagsubok, natutunan nating hindi tayo nag-iisa. Ang bawat pagsubok
ay may pag-asa.

Maya:

(looking at her family, full of hope)

Salamat po sa lahat ng nagdasal at tumulong sa akin. Ang milagro po ay


nangyari dahil sa inyo.

The camera pulls back, showing the family and friends laughing together,
their hearts filled with hope, faith, and gratitude.
