Portfolio Day is an activity done every quarter after every periodical
examination. It showcases the learners written and performance outputs and
Description a chance for parents and teachers to discuss important matters on the child’s
development.

Objectives The following were the specific objectives on the conduct of the activity:

a. To showcases learners’ output on their written and performance


tasks.
b. To distribute report cards and be signed by the parents
c. To give recognition to the identified outstanding learners by grade
level
d. To share updates, advisories and memorandum about DepEd
programs and policies.
HIGHLIGHT OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Impact /
The identified objectives and targets for the activity were met, specifically:
Results

1. Parents were able to witness their children’s milestone through


written outputs, project and performance task about folk dance.
2. Awarding of Certificates of Recognition to the outstanding learners.

POST-ACTIVITY EVALUATION
The activity was successfully done with the cooperation and teamwork of
Participants’ teachers and parents. The parents were delighted as they were able to sign
Feedback the report cards of the learners. Parents were very much honored upon
receiving the awards of their pupils.
Methodology:

 The program started at 8:30 in the morning with common preliminaries:

prayer and the singing of the national anthem. Eventually, a welcome
message was conveyed by the School Head, Dr. Ginner C. Saldaña
stressing the importance of the presence of the parents to check and
inquire on their children’s performance in school.
Subsequently, Ivy J. Yalung, being the District Nurse, seized her part
by giving importance of vaccination. After that, the students from
Kindergarten to Grade 10 show their talent in dancing. Finally, the most
awaited moment disembarked, the awarding of top performing learners for
the first quarter who made it to excel in the academic arena. With pride
and honor as these students received their certificates together with their
proud parents. Afterwards, the closing message from Mrs. Annabelle Ilagan,
Master Teacher 1, was given. Then the parents directly headed to the
classrooms for the brief adviser-parent conference about their children’s
performance in class and some other important concerns. These parents
also discovered the written record of their children’s progress in learning
through a report card and signed the said school form after checking.
Management of the Activity:
The activity was managed by the Sto. Nino Integrated School Teachers and
School Head.
Logistics Arrangements:

Food and snacks were prepared by the teachers.

Recommendatio 1. Encourage 100% participation of parents and stakeholders through early
