OVERVIEW OF CROWN SEEKERS

THEME: Fantasy Adventure

OBJECTIVE: Players Compete on a quest to claim

the most points while overcoming obstacles that
require intellectual thinking and outsmarting
their opponents.

GAME SETUP:
● Game Board: Lay out the game board, and make
sure each token and card decks are placed in
the correct spots.
● Player Tokens: Each player selects color toke
(Red, Black, Green or White)
● Artifact and Challenge Cards: Shuffle the
Artifact and Challenge cards and place them in
separate decks on the board.
● Starting Position: Players place their tokens
at the starting point on the board.
Intended Audience:
Age: 13 years and older, because it's
suitable for family gatherings and has game
rules that are complex enough for people 13
and older to enjoy.

Amount of Players: 2-4 players

Interest In Fantasy: Players who enjoy

fantasy themes, including elements like
magical artifacts, mythical creatures, and
adventure quests. Fans of fantasy literature,
movies, and games will likely find the game
interesting.

Social People: This game is perfect for

people who love social gatherings and board
games. The game also has fun elements that
encourage an experience in which you learn
about your other.
GAME INSTRUCTIONS
Turn Order: To decide their movement, players alternately
roll a six-sided die. Play starts with the player with the
highest roll and moves clockwise. After every round players
re-roll the die to determine the order of the game again.

Movement: A player rolls a die during their turn, then moves

their token to the number of spaces the dice shows. However,
if the player has an artifact card that can subject one's
movement they can use it.

Spaces:
● Landing on an Artifact space(blue) allows a player to draw an
artifact card.
● Landing on a Chance Space(bridges) will force you to roll a
die. If it lands on an even number, then the player can call on
any other person to skip their turn. If odd, then their next
turn is skipped.
● Landing on a challenge space(red) requires you to complete a
challenge card unless you decide to use an artifact card that
says otherwise.
● Landing on a Safe space(gray) allows you to place your tokens
with risk or reward.
● Landing on a reverse space(green) will make you roll a die and
move backwards in that amount.
● Landing on the Golden Space gives you 5 points.
Using Artifacts: An artifact is a card a player acquires by landing on an
artifact space. When a player lands on the space they pick the top card of the
artifact deck and keep it in their inventory and a player can have up to three
artifact cards in their inventory. If they land on an artifact space and
already have 3 cards they can decide to do nothing or put one of their cards at
the bottom of the deck and pick another from the top. A player can use an
artifact only when it is their turn either before or after they roll. Artifacts
can help a player if they use it strategically. Only 1 Artifact card can be
used per turn. After using an artifact card players have to put it back at the
bottom of the deck.

Challenge cards: When a player lands on a challenge space, they have to pick a
challenge card from the top of the deck and do what it says. If they fail to do
what the challenge card says, then the card goes to the bottom of the deck and
the game continues. They also lose the amount of points shown on the card when
they fail to complete a challenge. If they complete the challenge, they collect
points shown on the card and the card still goes to the bottom of the deck. If
you lose a certain amount of points that would place you at the negatives just
reset yourself back to 0 instead of going to negatives.

Winning The Game: The game is won by accumulating points, which is done by
finishing a challenge when you land on a challenge space. To finish the game
you have to go around the board 3 times. After finishing a round(going around
the board once)you also get points.(The last to finish gets 0 points and every
other place gets 2 more points than the previous one.) After you finish a round
you have to wait for everyone else to catch up, and while you're waiting others
can’t use their artifact card to affect you , however you can still keep your
artifact cards with you and also your points. And by the third round whoever
has the most points wins the game. The points are tracked on a piece of paper
and everyone sees everyone else using that piece of paper when adding or
subtracting points so no one cheats. The points can be marked by tally marks
and removed by a subtraction symbol and the number of points removed.

Points: Each player starts off with 10 points
