Subject: Variation instruction

Dear Mohammad Ullah Habibi,

In reference to Clause 8 [Variations] of the General Conditions, the Contractor is hereby instructed to carry out
the following Variation to the contract period:

The contract period extended to 27 June 2025 without extra cost due to the Cold weather break (winter delays).

The Contractor is further requested, in accordance with Clause 8 [Variations], to submit a request letter for time
extension and revised work plan for Variation and on the execution of the Works, including the Time for
Completion, as soon as practicable and within three days and before the Contractor carries out the Variation.
