Dear Admission Committee,

I Kashmala Niazi hailing from the remotest village of Gilgit Baltistan, a far North region
in Pakistan decided to go beyond people and serve my energy, knowledge and time to
make a better place for them. Despite the social, financial and gender barriers I kept
going. The eager to become the first business women not in my family but in my village
gives me a spark to face all the obstacles coming along my way. My passion for
understanding the dynamics of the business world, coupled with my determination to
develop skills that contribute to meaningful economic growth, has motivated me in
pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Debrecen in
Hungary. I am confident that this degree will provide me with the academic foundation,
practical experience and global exposure necessary to thrive in the competitive field of
business administration. The way entrepreneurship and leadership are taught along
with the analytical aspects that business is comprised of, fits perfectly within my goal of
becoming a well-rounded business professional. Furthermore, the ability of these
particular programs to connect theory with the practical side is something that I also
appreciate because I am the kind of person that learns best through applying what they
learn in real world business situations.

The reputation that Hungary possesses in terms of superior education is why I chose
this country as the country I would study in. This nation is characterized by outstanding
academic performance, cultural inclusiveness, and economic opportunity which make
Hungary desirable to international students everywhere. Further, the multicultural
environment and the favorable structure of the educational system in Hungary would
give context to the cultural aspect of learning beyond the confines of the classroom.

Ideally, I want to develop a comprehensive understanding of the building blocks of

business, that being financial modeling, marketing strategy, business management, and
the processes necessary for any business to grow. I am looking forward to interactive
learning such as internships, group work, and participatory case studies as they would
offer several real life challenges of which I would be able to apply my insight to.

I consider myself suitable for this program due to my academic portfolio and personal
experiences as well. While in high school, I specialized in courses such as economics,
mathematics, and business studies which enabled me to develop skills in analytical
thinking and decision making processes. Additionally, activities outside the classroom,
such as participating in debate clubs or in competitions of an entrepreneurial nature,
have further developed my leadership potential as well as teamwork characteristics.

This specific program is essential for the realization of my long term goals. I wish to
build a successful business career in such areas as corporate management,
entrepreneurship or international commerce.

The education I plan to acquire will allow me to contribute to the elimination of inequities on a
global, national and local level Since there exist economic inequalities and technology is
changing rapidly, there are also businesses who must advocate for and practice sustainable
inclusive economic development. I, therefore, through advocacy of ethical business practices
hope to accomplish these goals.
