 Assisting In IT related matters and day to day Operations in Finance & accounts.
 Data base - Employee Data Sheet - project details like start date, rate, client, invoicing
period etc.
 Assisted in automated accounting software packages like Quick Books& Xero.com,
creating projects, in reference to the contract signed.
 Following up of timesheets on a timely manner. Timesheets are checked and
forwarded for invoicing. According to the billing cycle mentioned in the contract.
 Invoices are generated and forwarded to the vendors accordingly. Timesheet data base
is also maintained on a seperate excel.
 Payments follow up and daily payment sheets are maintained and updated with the
status accordingly.
 Non-Disclosure and Non Compete agreements are signed.

 Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, Job
Portals, cold calling…etc.
 Performed extensive recruiting for Senior Software/Database Developers with heavy
focus on technologies such as: C/C++, (Windows & UNIX/Linux), .NET, Java/J2EE, SQL
Server, and Oracle…etc.
 Worked on Job portals like Corp-To-Corp, Dice…etc.
 Qualified candidates for appropriate positions through a process of sourcing,
screening, and interviewing.
