CONSULTING AND LOAN ASSISTANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT

This Agreement ("Agreement"), is entered into as of (Wednesday 12 of February 2025;)(the


"Effective Date"), is by and between Globelink Techservices (OPC) Private Limited, a one person
company registered with RoC-Ahmedabad, with its principal place of business at A-306, 3rd Floor, Swastik
Universal, beside Valentine Cinema, Piplod, Surat, Gujarat 395007, hereinafter referred to as the (“Company
”) , and Ashish Singh, residing at Warda 10 Balua, Baxar, Bramhapura Balua, Bihar, Balua , Bihar, 802130 ,
having Aadhaar number of 863832388685 hereinafter referred to as the "Client."

WHEREAS, Globelink Techservices (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is a duly registered entity under the laws of
India, engaged in the provision of consulting and loan assistance services;

WHEREAS, the Client, expresses a desire to engage the services of the Company to seek consultation
and assistance related to loan applications;

WHEREAS, the Parties agree to enter into a formal Agreement that outlines the terms and conditions
governing the consulting and loan assistance services provided by the Company to the Client;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein,
the Parties hereby agree as follows.

1 Scope of Services. The Company agrees to provide consulting and loan assistance services to the
Client, encompassing, but not limited to, the following.
1.1 Offering professional advice, tailored to the Client's specific financial needs, with the aim
of optimizing their loan application and acquisition processes for both personal and business
loans.

1.2 Assisting the Client in the assembly and organization of requisite documentation, such as
financial statements, credit reports, and application forms, to ensure compliance with lending
institutions' prerequisites, for personal and business loans.

1.3 Providing strategic guidance in navigating the complexities of the loan application
procedures, including the identification of appropriate financial products and lenders best
suited to the Client's individual circumstances, whether for personal or business purposes.

1.4 Offering support and facilitating communication between the Client and potential lenders,
including the submission of loan applications and negotiation of terms, if applicable, for
personal and business loans.

1.5 Continuously monitoring the progress of the loan application, addressing any lender
inquiries, and advocating on behalf of the Client to enhance the likelihood of loan approval,
whether for personal or business loans.

1.6 Delivering ongoing advice and insight throughout the loan acquisition process to assist the
Client in making informed decisions, for both personal and business loans.

1.7 Any additional services that may be reasonably required to achieve the objective of
securing a loan, both with and without collateral, for the amount provided by the Client, as
agreed upon by both Parties, for personal and business loans.
2 Service Fee.The Client shall be liable to remit a service fee, as described below, to the Company
for the provision of services rendered.
2.1 Payment Amount and Method. The Client shall pay a service fee, amounting up to 2% of
the loan amount to the Company, as compensation for the consulting and loan assistance
services extended.

2.2 Timing of Payment. The service fee shall be due and payable only after the successful
logging of the Client's loan application file into the records of a lending institution, herein
referred to as the "Lender." This payment obligation arises irrespective of the ultimate
acceptance or rejection of the loan application by the Lender.

2.3 c. Payment Method. The payment of the service fee shall be executed via an Electronic
National Automated Clearing House (E-NACH) transaction within ten (10) days from the
Effective Date of this Agreement. The Company shall provide the Client with the requisite
details and instructions to facilitate the E-NACH transaction.

3 Client Obligations.The Client is bound by the following obligations to ensure the efficacy of the
loan application process.
3.1 Cooperation and Documentation.The Client shall collaborate in good faith with the
Company, furnishing all requisite information, documents, and data essential for the
meticulous preparation and submission of the loan application. Such cooperation encompasses
the timely provision of financial records, credit reports, personal identification, and any
supplementary documentation necessitated by the Lender.

3.2 Financial Responsibilities.The Client shall assume complete responsibility for any fees,
costs, or charges associated with the loan application and acquisition that exceed the confines
of the agreed-upon service fee. This accountability encompasses, but is not restricted to, any
application fees, processing charges, legal fees, and other expenses directly related to the loan
application process. The Client shall be responsible for these additional costs, irrespective of
the loan's ultimate approval or denial by the Lender. The Client shall promptly apprise the
Company of any such costs or charges as they arise during the application process, ensuring
transparency and informed decision-making throughout the engagement.

4 Non-Assurance of Loan Approval.The Company is dedicated to applying its utmost expertise and
resources to assist the Client in achieving the goal of loan acquisition. It is important to note,
however, that despite the Company's comprehensive efforts and professional guidance, securing a
loan depends on various external factors and the individual policies of lending institutions which are
not within the control of the Company. The Company is resolute in its commitment to enhancing the
Client's prospects for loan approval. This commitment includes providing tailored advice, meticulous
assistance with documentation, and strategic support to optimize the loan application. It is essential to
recognize that the final decision regarding loan approval is within the purview of the respective
Lender. This decision is influenced by multiple factors, such as the Client's creditworthiness,
prevailing economic conditions, and specific lending criteria. Therefore, the Company, while
committed to the Client's success, refrains from providing an absolute assurance of loan approval.
The Company remains steadfast in its dedication to supporting the Client throughout the loan
application process and is poised to navigate any challenges that may arise in pursuit of the Client's
financial objectives.

5 Jurisdiction.This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of Gujarat, India. The Parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat,
Gujarat for the resolution of any disputes or claims arising under this Agreement.

6 Entire Agreement.This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and
supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

7 Amendments.Any modifications or amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and


signed by both Parties.

8 Severability.If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the


remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9 Counterparts.This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an


original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
