The property Owners/ Directors/ Partners/ Trustees/ Karta/ Co-parceners must


visit the branch in person for collection of the documents with prior
appointment of branch Manager. Kindly ensure to·carry the below mentioned
documents for submission at the time of collecting Property Documents.

* Copy of Photo identification (passport I Pan Card/ Aadhar card etc) and
signature verification document of the property owner(s) along with Original
while visiting the branch for collection of documents.
* In case the documents cannot be collected personally by the Property owner
/owners together, the authority to collect may be given to any of the co-
borrowers to collect the same on their behalf post submission of the
following:
(a)Authority letter - signed by all borrowers and all the security
owners, attesting the signature of the authorized person.
(b)Copy of Photo identification (passport/ Pan Card/ Aadhar card
etc) and signature verification document of the security owner(s) along with
Original while collecting the documents.
(c)Copy of Photo identification (passport/ Pan Card/ Aadhar card
etc) and signature verification document of the authorized Persons collecting
documents along with Original while collecting the documents.
* In case any of the property owners or joint holder is deceased, legal heirs
to follow the bank's extant process available on the Bank's website for
additional documents.
i In respect of satisfaction or release of the charge favouring the Bank in
registries like CERSAI and Sub-Registrar Offices wherever applicable will be
initiated by the Bank within 30 days of the full closure of the loan and
clearance of all outstanding balances due from you and other applicable terms
and conditions of the loan or within 30 days of completion of formalities or
